Ordered the Marsylia wardrobes and we are so pleased with them. Great quality, modern & stylish with lots of storage.
I have ordered twice from this company & have to say the service is excellent. My order was taken, delivery arranged for the next day, & I was kept upto date all the time with a call to give me a delivery slot & a call from driver on delivery day. Fantastic service !

Service is impressive! I was nervous buying bed frame online but this company got the bed I was looking for with amazing price so decided to give them a go. Communication was great, got an email confirmed my order and the next day a staff called to confirm the delivery date which took only 2 days for delivery. Delivery was great,friendly staff. I'll buy from them again.

I ordered Lucy ottoman bed. Very quick delivery. All parts are complete and bed is of great quality, yet havent tried the gas lift storage. I hope it works well as it was stuck but without the weight of the mattress on . Thanks for the service.

We had a wardrobe delivered quickly, everyone I spoke to reguarding the order was very helpful,
We did have a few issues building as the instructions give a number for each piece of wood But the wood didn’t have a sticker to match the instructions so we called and the person was quite rude saying basically you ordered flat pack and in his words Was figure it out, eventually he sent a link to watch a you tube video.

Would rather have none at all.

Terrible service and a so called complaint team that do nothing but talk like they will do something but it’s bullsh1t.

Do not use as any issues and you will be stuck with the issue as they are not interested in resolving and will ignore you.

An absolute tin pot outfit that should not be trading at all.

DO NOT ORDER OR USE

If I could leave 0 stars I would as 1 is too many for this unprofessional & ill managed company.

The sales guy is very helpful and deserves to be working for a better outfit than this.

If you have any issues they will keeping fobbing you off and not resolve anything or blame you for the defect/issue.

These are the companies that should not be running and we need to be reporting to close down as they are taking money from people without delivering the quality goods.

They will have a great website that says they are everything that they are not so do not believe it.

Best Prices for the quality of products you get. Delivery was on time. The sofa was easy to put together and looks fab.

10 out of 10, would recommend if youre looking to get reasonable prices for premium products.

Excellent service, super quick delivery and good quality product. Only niggling issue I had was working out which piece the instructions were referring to, if the pieces were labelled according to the instruction that would have saved a lot of time.

I purchased mirrored sliding door wardrobes and they came warped - distorting the reflection so you don't want to look at yourself! Company responded very unprofessionally basically with 'sorry but that's just the way the wardrobes are.'Of course I don't accept this - and told them as such but after a few vague promises to escalate my complaint, they have totally ignored my most recent multiple attempts at communication via different methods. I do not know how they are in business with this totally shambolic customer service. I was trying not to buy from big chain brands to support smaller businesses but this has really made me just want to go with a known and trusted shop in future. Wish I'd just bought from Wayfair or something as would never have a problem getting my issue resolved. I am taking this further as I am not going to be out of pocket for these wardrobes. Other design flaws - when wardrobe door is fully open , I cant even access the shelves properly - have to bend my arm round the side as half of the shelf is inaccessible making it so awkward to get clothes in and out! stoppers bang on to the mirror rather than the wood.

Absolutely appalling service. Made me wait in all day then cancelled. Tang me A day before to confirm time so I took my old bed down and throw it out. For them to leave me with out a suitable sleeping place for my home.

I would highly urge any one from using this company. Use a local professional company to supply your furnishings

Great service from then found through Facebook market and having had rm trouble from another seller for the sane wardrobe for 4 weeks soft touch bed got it delivered to me next day of placing the order with them and explained my situation great 5* service definitely recommend will definitely be using again
