I love the Solace bands I have purchased. Not only are they colorful but they are just so comfortable and light to wear. No longer do I have a reddened and sore wrist from the irritation of the watchband that came with my Apple Watch. The customer service is outstanding as well. When I had a question about an order, the response came back so promptly with helpful information. Clearly this company strives to meet customer needs with an outstanding product.

I ordered 3 bands on 6-19, they took my money, still have not received any bands. Have contacted company 3 times, no response. Have asked for a refund! Hope all of you that received yours are enjoying them!

So I bought the sport band. They get dirty quickly and they are hard to clean. Just one extra thing to wash. Not a fan.

I am SO disappointed with my purchase. The watch band took more than a month to arrive. I wore the band intermittently for maybe a little over three weeks. It's rusty in two places. I am tired of going back and forth with a person or a bot via email. I want a refund. :(

Do not order from this company.
I ordered bands on July 2. They created a shipping label with DHL, but never gave DHL the package.
I reached out to Solace on July 14. July 20 they told me they were having supply delays and they would ship in the next few days.
July 26 I requested a refund after noticing the DHL tracking number no longer exists. Their response was that the bands were delivered to my mailbox July 18??

I had an issue with one of the bands I ordered, customer service was very responsive and took care of things quickly.
So far I am very impressed with the bands.

Solace Bands is a great company, and VERY reputable. The bands are reasonably priced (many great deals on ‘buy several’), and has a VERY fair return policy. I had a couple orders where I LOVED some styles, but another style band was not to my taste. Making a return was extremely easy, and I got my refund VERY QUICKLY! My emails were answered quickly and cheerfully, also. I will DEFINITELY continue to shop with Solace Bands, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I ordered five bands and only received three. I contacted customer service and they contacted me and resolved this error within 24 hours! I am obsessed with these bands and bought these for gifts. Now there’s going to be five more people obsessed with these bands. 💞

I ordered 4 bands for my apple watch from Solace Bands, I was a little skeptical because I had asked via email how long the bands were and the answer I got was really vague and said something like "they fit a variety of wrist sizes". My order had been broken in to 2 separate deliveries and when the order that had shipped later arrived before the first one I contacted customer service via email. They got back to me within a few minutes and said they would follow up with the carrier to see what happened. The next morning I was contacted again apologizing and stating the carrier had lost the original order, additionally one of the bands I had originally ordered was on back order and would be a couple of weeks later or I could choose a different option. I decided to go with a different option and within a few minutes of sending that reply I had another mail from customer service stating the order was in progress and I would receive the shipping confirmation email shortly, a little over an hour later I got the shipping confirmation.

Love them! I now own 10 of them!

I ordered two bands (pink) as I was just diagnosed with Breast Cancer . I received a white one and a teal one . They rectified the situation immediately and gave me encouragement for my cancer journey . They did not have to do that but it just shows you what a special group they are ! Please support them , I know I will !!

I ordered my ASPCA band on 7/15/26 and it arrived on 7/20/2026. It's a very nice lavender band. It fits my watch great and I love it!

I recently purchased Solace watch bands for my Apple watch. When the bands arrived, I realized that they were not resistant to swimming pool chlorine water (and I am a swimmer and go into the pool daily). I wrote to the company and the customer service folks gave me the model name of the bands that would serve my purpose. The rep was immediate with a response offering me the opportunity to get replacement bands via a store credit.

I immediately placed another order and am now awaiting the new bands to arrive. I would highly recommend this company as the bands I DID receive are beautiful, fit well, and are stylish. The magnetic clasp is adjustable and easily maneuvered.

Thanks Solace Bands for beautiful products, but most importantly, EXCELLENT customer service. I'll be back for more!!

Made my Purchase of 5 for $99 on 3 June in hopes of gifting a couple to my wife and have the Red White and Blue Band in time for 4th of July 250!
DHL reported on 8 June Shipping Label was made, then nothing.
12 June I reached out to Customer Service about the delay in Shipping and Tracking information and after 3 more days they responded back with must be lost in shipment, they can resend or refund my money. I told them to immediately resend my order in time f for 4th of July. 2 days later CS says several of my items are out of stock. I responded back to fix there issues and complete my order by overnight mail on there dime and never heard from them again! They completely stopped all correspondence, not even acknowledging my messages.
I had to reach out to my payment method to cancel the payment and order and get my money back!
Stay away from this lame ass company that does not know the meaning of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction!
