The bands are great BUT they shipped me the wrong band. I immediately emailed them. After a week with no response I resent the email. Then a new email. It’s been over a month and they have no responded or made any effort to fix their mistake. There is no way to reach them other than email (I’ve checked multiple times that it’s the correct email). Obviously they don’t honor their orders or their 30 day guarantee. Very disappointed in them because the bands are nice but the company has 0 customer service.

Magnet closure broke after less than 3 months, and company wanted to charge $7 shipping for the replacement. Lifetime warranty is great and all, but if my band breaks every 2.5 months I'm going to be out a lot of money every year for this "free" warranty. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind the quality of their product.

First, looovveeee these bands! I had multiple questions while ordering and the team quickly responded answering all my questions with kindness.

i bought 2 items - wanted to exchange one and for same thing different color - that return was super easy. the other item i didnt care for and they made it super simple to return it and order something different while still not losing a discount - very quick delivery and love their sport bands!!

The watch bands I have ordered and received are both beautiful and durable. The prices are decent given the quality of the bands. Customer service is amazing. I received a prompt and courteous response to my issue with the pin removing tool to remove links from my band. The resolution was above and beyond what I expected. This company is doing everything right. Thank you!

I recently ordered a band for my Garmin watch. The price is fairly high but they offered a free mystery band with the purchase which is the main reason I was ok spending the money. I received the order and the mystery band was for an Apple Watch. So now I am left with a useless band. Customer service won’t even accommodate the issue. What is the point of offering a deal that isn’t compatible with the order. I do NOT recommend giving them business.

The customer service of Solace Bands is excellent. I made a mistake on an order that was completely my fault. I wrote to the customer service and received a quick and very kind reply. The representative offered to fix my problem for me. It was taken care of immediately, including a refund. I reordered the correct item and several more, because I love these bands, especially the easy-to-use clasps and the fact that they are woven and very comfortable.

I absolutely love Solace bands!! I’ve had an Apple Watch since 2019 (got a second watch in 2025) and the bands I’ve been thru don’t compare to Solace! They don’t irritate the skin or leave marks behind! And they’re washable!

Have purchased several watch bands - they are comfortable and durable and they offer a wide variety of styles and colors. They have a great selection of Breast Cancer Awareness watch bands. They also respond promptly to customer requests.

First, I love these bands. They are beautiful and affordable (unlike Apple). I’ve used customer service once and Vanessa was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and fixed my problem in 24 hours! I love this company!
