Great Quality & Amazing Customer Service

I recently ordered 7 watch bands during a special promotion that included one free band. My first shipment arrived with only 6 bands, so I reached out to customer service—and WOW! I received a response within 30 minutes! 🙌

The remaining band was on backorder, and they gave me the option to wait, receive a refund, or choose a different band. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled everything.

And the bands themselves are fantastic! The quality is great, the fit is perfect, and they are beautiful—exactly what I was looking for. I’m very happy with my purchase and especially impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend Solace Watch Bands! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Mom and I decided to get the 5 for $99 Solace band offer. I entered all the items but made a mistake on one. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away! They updated my order to the correct band and shipped my order that same day! I’m still waiting for the package to come, but tracking shows the delivery will be on Thursday, one week after I ordered. So far it has been an incredible experience!!

Phenomenal customer service! They responded to my email within a few hours with a solution to my problem. Beautiful product and great company all around. Highly recommend.

I love my watch bands. They were too tight and I contacted them, within minutes I got a response and told how to fix the problem. Exchanged all 3 for a larger size and they are already shipping them, AND I don’t have to send the old ones back!! Less work for me and such great service!

The experience started out Rocky but ended up awesome. I didn't get to keep the product that their customer service assured me would fit, but they jumped right on the return for me. Courteous and very professional. Check to ensure the bands fit before purchase. If I change watches, I would order again in a heartbeat. Great company.

My very first (and last) order. I ordered 5 bands during 5 for $99.00 sale. End of June,2026. Did receive confirm right away and then the “your order shipped” email with tracking info on July 2, 2026. Then NOTHING!!! Bands never delivered, check tracking like 2weeks later I check tracking status still says en route (DHL) since 7/2. I email solace since that’s how they say to contact them for just time on 7/22 inquire about status tell them tracking info no updates since 7/2. No reply. Needless to say I emailed them again a few days later, no reply I then emailed again for like the next 2 days still no reply. Oh I between these emails to solace I emailed DHL for status they and finally my tracking info was updated to “ no information found. Contact shipping vendor”. Which I did but still no reply. I disputed with bank and got my conditional refund until their investigation is concluded yada yada which I still haven’t received the final determination, but whatever it’s 100.00. But finally on 7/28/26 I get a reply from Kohl at Solace Bands which was basically a boiler plate, auto response saying “we owe you an apology.” And offered me a bogo for my next purchase 😂. Like I’d ever order from them again. Not once mentioned any of my issues or explanations for what happened with the package that was purportedly shipped through DHL. Or offered me a refund for products not received. I do my best to avoid amazon these days and buy from small businesses but they’re customer service or lack thereof totally turned me off. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I love these bands. They are so thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and easy to put on and take off. I have three of the Sports Adapt, and love them. Also, you can just throw them in the washer to clean.

I had an issue I could not figure out how to resolve and Nash communicated quickly and took care of everything same day. Great customer service.

Efficient Customer Service, answered my questions and even checked for the type of phone I just received!!

Great customer service. After wearing a band once it got a snag and was unraveling. Contacted Solace and they immediately ordered a replacement and sent it out. I have bought six other bands that have worn great with no problems.

Three strikes and you’re out. I’ve placed three orders with this company. First one didn’t ship for a long time, I inquired. They had oversold what I had ordered, I could choose two different bands in place of the two that had been ‘oversold’. Second order sat for a week between a shipping label being created and when it actually was on the move. But the third order was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I had PREORDERED a particular band that noted a three week later ship date. That was fine. But when I inquired once the ship date had passed, I was told the same thing: oops, we oversold that item, so sorry. How can you oversell something that was PREordered? I will not ever purchase from this company again. It’s a shame, and why I begrudgingly gave them one star, their bands are actually pretty nice. Shame their order fulfillment software isn’t as good.

Solace bands are great- color choices, quality, and comfort. When I had a question about the bands in my latest order, Ariane resolved the situation almost immediately. The fact it wasn't faster is on me, not expecting a response during the weekend.

Solace is a wonderful company. They treat you like family. They have the BEST customer service. They are very attentive and caring to any issues with your orders . Plus Solace bands are the best and so comfortable to wear. I have 2 and just ordered 2 more colors for the Fall !

Very prompt response from customer service. I have purchased many times and it was fine, however, this was the test (I think) to return an item. I quickly got a reply (on a Friday night) and had exact directions, as well as a prepaid postal label. Very smooth to do. Thank you!
