Great bands and good service when I needed help.

Best watch band for my Apple Watch. So easy to fit and so comfortable. I love the feel and all the different designs to choose from. So happy with the customer service and how well the product is made. Also happy that you can get some discounts.

When I contacted Solace customer service about a missing item from my order, they responded quickly and that item was shipped the same day!I love these watch bands and own many colors and styles of them!

I found Solace Bands on my YouTube feed, and took advantage of their bogo free offer. That was August 11, 2026.
Solace bands wrote to me several days later to tell me that one of the bands was out of stock- did I want to pick a new band or get a refund? I chose a different band and sat back waiting for the bands to arrive.

Several weeks went by with nothing from them, so I wrote again.

Crickets.

Again I wrote them, this time more aggressively, and demanded they send my replacement and free band asap. It was now mid- September and they have had the use of my money for over a month.

This was met with a nearly- identical email from them offering to let me choose a new band ( I already had) or get a refund. This now adds up to over 1/2 dozen back and forth emails.
I now understood their emails are AI generated and are designed to be infuriatingly repeatitive and to stall.

I sent my second demand letter, this time for a refund asap.

I received a note inviting me to choose a new band or get a refund.

So today I responded with a note saying I want a refund today. I don't know how to make it any clearer.

I just received a response to my email thanking me for my patience, and stating they have refunded my initial payment. I will look at my banking app in a minute and see.

Altogether a miserable, frustrating, infuriating experience.

I have bought several times from Solace and always satisfied. My last order I bought 5 bands and received one free mystery band. Unfortunately one of the 5 was wrong and I didn’t get the one I ordered. I immediately sent an email explaining my situation. Within a few minutes of sending the email I got a response and after me replying back and forth with other questions. My missing band and one I wanted to exchange was resolved. Princess was very patient and helpful with all my questions. They are a great company to work with. I highly recommend them 🥰

I did love my watchband BUT they are NOT good for life
One of mine broke and they refused to replace it because they didn’t make that color of a band anymore. They didn’t even offer to replace it with a different color

Great products and excellent customer service

I bought some bands for both my husband and I . We love them. I like how they fit and that I can switch them out depending on what I am doing. I initially bought because the original band that I got with the watch smelled so bad and made my wrist stink. I have not noticed this with the solace bands and when I do think it smells, it is very easy to wash. My husbands band has broken and the replacement process was very easy. I have been very satisfied with the product overall.

One of my bands began to tear, so I emailed customer service and got a reply within a matter of minutes, and my replacement was on its way. Awesome customer service and great-looking bands.

I purchased my first watch band and after two weeks it was staring to come apart. I sent an email with a picture of the problem and they replied within an hour with a replacement band. Hopeful it was just a fluke because I really like the sport band. It is easy on and off. My only complaint is how long it takes to dry when it gets wet.

I initially ordered 2 of the woven bands and absolutely loved the quality, and how easy they were to put on my watch and adjust for my wrist. I also like how easily the clasp works and how well it holds. I liked them so much that I ordered 2 of the permabands. When I first looked at the tool to adjust the permaband I was a little perplexed but the instructions were very clear and I was able to remove the links easily. I haven’t had any interaction with customer service but all the shipping information was clearly communicated and the bands arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered five bands. One was the wrong color. I sent an email with a picture of the one that was wrong and not ten minutes later my new band was ordered. Amazing.

Really like the watch bands. So many bands cause me skin irritation and are just uncomfortable, but I don't have any of those issues with the Solace bands. I have a Google Pixel watch so I need to use an adapter for the bands, but they fit easily into the adapter. Also really appreciate their collaboration with the ASPCA!

I contacted solace regarding a missing band from my shipment. They responded right away (within 24 hrs) and the missing band was on it’s way.

Got a very quick and kind response to the issue with my order. Replacement order was processed (even though I wasn't specifically asking for one)! Grateful for the incredible customer service! :)

Solace bands are the best on the market. And above that, their customer service is excellent. I can’t say enough positive things about this company.
