Solace Customer Service answered very promptly and continued communication. I would not hesitate to buy from this company. There was a little glitch between Amazon and solace, but everything else was very smooth.

Solacebands are fabulous. They are comfortable and can be worn 24/7 with no issues to your wrist. Customer service is excellent.

I ordered two watch bands (Imperium Adapt and Perma Band) for my grandson and the Imperium arrived with a small defect. I took a picture, sent a note to customer service and asked them to replace the damaged band. Immediately, and on a SUNDAY, I received a note back from Jessie who thanked me for bringing this to them to correct. They are replacing the band and the process was kind, personal, quick and professional. Plus, the bands are GREAT! The Perma Band was easy to fit with the enclosed tool! I will continue to support this small American family-run business! Thanks for understanding your customer and giving excellent customer service.

My experience was amazing because of the efficiency of Jasmine.

Ordering was easy and received the bands in good condition. Instructions on how to remove links were very clear. The bands are great and I look forward to wearing them.

I have quite a few Solace bands and love them all. I just received a new band that was defective ( first time ever) and customer service made it super easy to get a replacement!

I received the wrong item in an order. I realized it late on a Sunday and sent an email. Got a response within an hour. The email I got back was basically we’re really sorry already completed another order for you. And I actually got the confirmation for the replacement at the same time as the response from them on my email.

Excellent customer service! One of my bands was missing from my order and as soon as I sent the email, their customer service sent me the band. I also accidentally ordered duplicate bands and wanted to exchange. The customer service rep directed me how to navigate the website and the company told me to keep the duplicate band at no extra charge. Five stars. Quality bands. I’m already in love.

Exemplary customer service. I made a mistake in my order in my excitement with the availability of a new color. When I realized what I had done I requested an exchange/return. Solace gave me a full refund with a gift card and told me to keep or gift the other one. Now that's customer service!
