Solace customer service truly listens and does everything they can to remedy a situation. Whether that be needing help with a size discrepancy, explaining how to adjust a perma band link, or just making sure you feel heard as a consumer. Their personal touch in their products and customer service makes them a brand that I will be a part of for life. Not to mention the bands themselves are fun and there always seems to be a new addition with hopefully a discount to make it even better! I love all of my Solace bands. My personal favorites are the imperium adapt and the imperium slim adapt. They adjust easily for a good fit, move comfortably with exercise, breath when I am sweating and when they get dirty while gardening, I can throw them into the washer with the laundry. They come out looking brand new.

They were willing to let me exchange the two bands that i had ordered that were too small for bands that should fit me. I offered to return the small bands and they told me to pass them on to someone who could use them. Thank you, Solace bands!

I am very pleased with Solace products. They have demonstrated commendable customer service when my order was delayed and damaged during the post office processing. I reached out to notify them of the situation and shared pictures. Literally in moments I received a response and resolve. Very pleased.

Great Customer Service got all my questions answered since I’m buying from a new company. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable in their product. I also like the fact that when you send a message, they actually respond back to you within several minutes. This is a company I would trust just because my questions were answered. They were answered extremely fast and they like ideas that you present to them. They may not be able to do it, but you will never know until you ask. I definitely will be purchasing more products from them.

Love these watch bands! So comfortable and easily adjustable. Purchased the deal on 5 with the tool to change them out easily. Their customer service is top notch and quick to respond! A color came back in stock and they answered me right away and went above and beyond to make me happy. Their simple act of kindness made a repeat customer out of me. You can tell it’s a family/friends run business instead of a big corporation. Tired of getting someone on the phone that I can’t understand and doesn’t care. Highly recommend this company and these bands. I’ve tried so many bands over the years and I finally found one that you don’t notice you have it on.

There was just a very minor problem with my order but resolved basically within an hr through email, which super impressive, and the bands that I received are awesome. Love the Stella Bands!

I can't believe there are so many positive reviews for good customer service. I had a problem with an order and have sent two emails with no reply. BBB reviews reflect my experience more so than the positive reviews here are Trustpilot.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. The watch bands are amazingly comfortable and have wonderful colors. The fact that they have a lifetime guarantee is huge for me.

Within a day and a half the elastic was breaking and you could see the white elastic string sticking out of the fabric. Also they make you pay to return it. Definitely don’t recommend it

A great company as soon as I told them about my damaged band and sent them a picture of it. They emailed me back and was sending me a new one. Had my band a little while had not taken it out of the package. Until I decided to wear it to my granddaughter’s softball game purple is one of their colors. And seen it. Very happy with their service my new band is on its way. Thank you.

Very poor customer service. After multiple interactions with AI, asked to speak with a human. Apparently that is not possible. I bought 3 bands on a. “Buy 2 get one free” promo. Was told by AI that I would be charged for all 3 bands and then. Refunded for the least expensive one. That did not happen. I have been charged full price for all 3 bands. I Love the bands and would have enjoyed having a collection of them but the frustration I have experienced is definitely not worth it. I do not appreciate false advertising with NO resolution.

Solacebands are fabulous. They are comfortable and can be worn 24/7 with no issues to your wrist. Customer service is excellent.

I ordered two watch bands (Imperium Adapt and Perma Band) for my grandson and the Imperium arrived with a small defect. I took a picture, sent a note to customer service and asked them to replace the damaged band. Immediately, and on a SUNDAY, I received a note back from Jessie who thanked me for bringing this to them to correct. They are replacing the band and the process was kind, personal, quick and professional. Plus, the bands are GREAT! The Perma Band was easy to fit with the enclosed tool! I will continue to support this small American family-run business! Thanks for understanding your customer and giving excellent customer service.
