My disappointment is not only my Agave watchband fading after only 2 months, it is with Solace Bands customer service. They “offered” to replace it BUT I would have to pay a “small shipping and handling fee”. Their product didn’t hold up and they even admitted others have had similar concerns with some of the colors so I feel it should be replaced at no cost to me. I really like these bands and have 6 others in various colors but at $39 each they are not inexpensive.

I love all my Solace watch bands! I love the fact that they do stand behind their guarantee and life time warranty of their bands. Not many other companies say they warrant anything and then don’t stand behind it but this company does I highly recommend this company!

I have placed two orders for watch bands. I am very happy with them. I love the colors and the size. The second order I placed got lost. So I sent an email to customer service. I got a reply back within an hour. They gave me the option to cancel the order or they would send me an other set of bands. Really glad I had them ship the new set. They are beautiful. I am very satisfied with the bands and customer service.

I love my bands! Although my order initially came with one of the bands being the wrong color, the customer service was outstanding and extremely quick to resolve the issue. They sent the correct color free of charge and allowed me to keep the extra band that was the wrong color! I would definitely recommend to others and I will also be ordering more myself.

One of the bands I received wasn't in perfect condition. I sent a picture and inquired about a warranty replacement. Very quickly, I received a response saying they'd mail a replacement right away. Amazing customer service will keep me as a customer for life!

After purchasing my band, a savings on 2nd band came up before leaving site. I’m older and got confused ordering a second band. I emailed immediately and Sonita had it corrected for me in minutes. Yes minutes with the most genuine message asking if she could be of more help. It was amazing for these days.

While I do like the bands, the braided bands stretch out, fade and break. Yes, you can wash them but they never really come clean and the color fades very quickly. The pieces that attach the ends are plastic. One of them broke less than a few months after purchase. To get a refund, I would have to ship the broken watch band back to Solace so they could review for coverage under their warranty. That is simply not worth my time. I did send pictures. It was obviously a product failure. Given the price of these bands, they should have simply sent a new band. Quality and customer service just are not there for the price. I can't recommend this brand.
