You never answer phone and no call back after leaving a message have to ring sales to get any answer

Excellent service, it all went through really speedy and the whole process took considerably less time than the average timeframes. The sales team was really thorough and the follow ups after each step were really comprehensive. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. All in all a great experience and the solar system i got is working nominally.

As soon as I made enquiries about getting Solar Power, Daniel Barkl promptly contacted me and answered the many questions I had. Daniel then listened to my needs and suggested the system that would suit my needs. Daniel remained in contact following up on any queries I had and promptly organising a quick installation date. The installation was quick and efficient taking only one day with the technician Ray. Overall, I am extremely happy with the whole process from start to go and would highly recommend Daniel Barkl and Solar Emporium to anyone who wants Solar Power and an affordable and efficient experience.

Mitchell my consultant was very professional. His knowledge of the minefield that is solar, was excellent and he guided me through the process without being pushy. The installation process was seemless and the communication from their office was regular.

They do their job on time but their independent inspector took three weeks to come and inspect

Very helpful in making a deal and helpful with the paperwork and organised the process but the one thing is customer service when you ring up and no one answers and although they don’t get back to you in a reasonable amount of time apart from that great Service.

The sale person, Mitchell have impressed me for the first contact event he is about 1000km away from me. Very closed, friendly consultation.

The installation was straight forward and completed in the stated time. The inspection of the instalation was on time and thorough. The solar panels are working well and no extra fees were charged. Well done Solar Emporium!

Lack of communication when asking questions.
Phone calls and emails were never returned.
Also the solar panels do not even cover the cost of our aircon during the day!
Very disappointed.
