It is the second time using the group. They are very trustworthy, reliable, tell you the truth, no hard sales pitch. The installation went like a dream, turned up when they said they would, did a great job, communicated with me and then cleaned up and left, took all the rubbish with them. Before the installation, I was sent comprehensive information about the battery and when it would be installed. The two men arrived on time, were courteous, and installed the battery in a quick and efficient manner. They answered my questions so that I understood the replies. Great service from start to finish. Staff were able to answer all questions and were always communicating any changes.

A total nightmare from start to finish.
A deposit was meant to procure my battery. They were not able to supply the preferred brand. The day before the install I get a call offering me a brand that was new with no review details available.

The installer didn't bring a grounding slab he wanted to borrow my papers!
The installer installed the wrong battery.
3 months later I get a large Electricity build. The Installer hadn't switched the device on properly.

The product i requested didn't have the features I requested. After a lot fighting I had to purchase the extras at additional cost.

Essential energy over the last 6 months have emailed me to say the install doesn't comply as the by law paperwork has not been received. The company advised its All good now. But that was BS as I have my second email for non compliance.

There's even more to this story but I don't have the time. Bottom line stay away. Also it takes a week of phone calls just to get through.

Whole installation process was very smooth.

Installers were on time and quickly installed the battery, although I’m not sure why the battery was not installed as per the picture with all the sections in one line upwards. One section was put on the side and therefore is not under the protective roofing. Otherwise they worked efficiently. I did have some problems getting the app going, but I did eventually get it working. Maybe the installers should have some basic knowledge to help owners who are struggling.

I wound like to share with you our experience of purchasing a 15KWH solar battery. I am a retired electrician myself so I was looking for a good quality battery complete with installation. We found Solar battery group very professional in all areas, from sales, pre installation evaluation and the installation was of the highest quality.
