Solar Battery Group Reviews

I’ve used Solar battery for 6 years and needed a new more powerful battery. Solar Battery Group ensured I received my rebate, organised for the installer to provide a free pre instalment assessment then followed up for a quick installation. There were a couple of hiccups with the installer service which Solar Battery Group followed up immediately and ensured all was resolved quickly. Highly recommend this company! I’m now being paid for my electricity from my energy service!!!

339559: Very happy with my new 5kw/h Ambrion battery installed by Solar Battery Group at a very competitive price. The installation occurred without a hitch shortly after I ordered the battery. The installer was friendly and professional and installed it exactly where I wanted it. Everything is working as expected and I am able to monitor exactly what is happening with the battery and solar panels with the free SolarPlant app.

After getting a $1200 electricity bill I decided to get a battery. I had 18 panels but was still getting a big bill. Since getting the battery, it is full by lunch time and I am selling to the grid the rest of the day. The battery keeps me going overnight. The service was prompt and was informed of progress along the way. I am so happy with Solar Battery Group and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to install a battery

Solar Battery Group were extremely professional when I spoke with them. The installation was great and explained the function and operation well. The inspector was as equally professional and generous in answering my questions. My only negative was the time lapses in communication. That would be because I live 3 hours from Melbourne and coordinating tradesmen would not be easy.

I have to say that my experience with the Solar Battery Group has been particularly positive and I would rate it as being an outstanding success.
The process was seamless.
The contractors were really helpful.
The installation was in the perfect position with no wires showing and I get a good feeling whenever I pass by the battery when I walk into the entry of my home.
I had previously connected with two other battery companies however with both of them it just seemed too much hassle and I was about to give the whole idea up when I thought that I will give it one more go as I really wanted to have a battery as my electricity bills have been going through the roof.
I rather hesitantly called the Solar Battery Group and I have been so pleased with the outcome and I would especially recommend them to anyone like myself who has very little knowledge of the whole process.

Very friendly staff who listened to my concerns and the installation crew were fantastic, all the mess they made they cleaned up after themselves, highly recommend Solar Group.

Very happy with Solar Battery Group. The team answered all my questions and the installer was fantastic. He stayed well into the evening and made sure the battery was working properly in my iPhone app before he left. L Brown, order 332008.

Once you make a deposit and decide not to push ahead, you will never hear from them after you make a request for your refund. Automated calls, no replies to agents, such a scam of a company.

I had to make a deposit for a quotation so that I can hold the price. I was promised that if I decide not to push through, I will get the refund easily. Just make a call. But no one has gone back to me to confirm that my request has been processed.

Stay away from this company.

SBG provides excellent communications but the one-star reduction is because your quotation process doesn’t offer the alternative/optional costs for clients to consider. Add-on costs were notified after quote acceptance which could have been notified up-front and then considered accordingly.

Great investment for the future

Good information during the sales process. Booked in the installation quickly and everything was done professionally. Very happy with the service.
