Solar Battery Group Reviews

Overall a great experience!

I'm normally very dismissive of postal adverts, this one caught my attention and got me engaged with getting a quote. The quote eventually turned out to be a deal I couldnt not take advantage of, and the experience since then has been simple.

I added a 10kw AlphaESS battery stack to my solar.

I would use SBG again! Ben Swanson

I found the team at Solar Battery Group very professional, good at communication and reliable. The battery installation was done on time and they left the site very tidy and helped in setting up the app on the mobile.I would highly recommend using their services.

The product and sales team are great. Getting service in rural NSW takes time. If you live in a major city, the service is much faster. #331360

Professional consult and installation of order #334172. The team was knowledgeable, efficient and the work was high quality. The post install audit was great too. Just waiting for more sunshine now!

Yes I would recommend the entire team

Great company to deal with from the start regarding pricing and explaining everything in a clear way.

Excellent company with outstanding service. From the initial enquiry and brochure right through to installation and after-sales support, everything has been smooth and hassle-free.

The communication has been great, and the staff have always been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The battery installation was completed professionally, and the app and technical support have been excellent.

Since my 20 kW battery was installed, I've enjoyed substantial savings on my electricity costs and greater energy independence.

Highly recommended.

The communication with this Company is non existent. After initial contact with the sales staff there is no more contact.

If you are looking for solar batteries look elsewhere. Stay well away from Solar Battery Group

The team at Solar Battery Group were a pleasure to deal with. Once we had decided to go ahead, the process was quick and easy. Initially we had trouble with setting up the app, but the support team were able to assist me through the process, even on the weekend they made a follow up call.
