Before approval you guys installed solar. I am not happy.

Very good sales representative, followed by good client communications. Installation was done without any issues, connection organised and now all is running very well. More importantly, I had some concerns along the way and was able to receive assurances and good customer assistance to ensure I felt at ease with the whole process and company.

What a great experience with Solar Emporium. Just had a 6.6kW solar system installed at my house by Solar Emporium, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Kristian Michael was my initial point of contact and went out of his way to answer all my questions, even arranged for one of the installers to contact me to answer some technical questions on the installation of a Smart Meter, even before i committed to purchasing a system. He was very supportive throughout the entire process and still answered my calls when i needed some assistance during installation.
Tayla from the installation booking team was responsive to meeting our installation date needs and was able to bring forward our installation date that was better suited to our needs.

The installation team led by Michael Salvatore from Luman Electrics and his team of 4 did a fantastic job on the day. They were professional, efficient, and left the site clean and tidy. I had ordered a Smart Meter as part of the installation and this was not working properly on the day so Michael to control and worked with the Inverter supper Goodwe to resolve the issue by the next day without me needing to chase up. The system is up and running and showing I'm putting excess power back into grid already!!

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar installation.

Booking installation was very smooth. situation was dire when it was handed over to installation and field team.
1. Installer did not show up on installation date .
2. After mutiple commitments he show up for installation and advised installation can not be done as per plan and he is missing some essential equipments and shall install next day.
3 He didn't show up next day and came after couple of weeks and installed.
4. Took two days to install compared to advised couple of hours of time
5.Quality of installation is poor panels are not leveled
6. Installation not done as per standards lately found out by inspector.
8. Instllation Certification and paperwork provided around six months after installation
9. Excuses made for not doing work on time or up to standards were very unprofessional.
10. Higher management from Solar Emporium had to intervene to get job done.

From start to finish I was extremely happy with the service provided by solar emporium. The whole team were quick to answer any enquires I had regarding the whole process. Would definitely be recommending solar emporium to all our family and friends. Thank you so much to the whole team.

Great customer service at the start but patchy following on to installation. A few logistical hiccups with delivery of stocks as scheduled but install was delayed for a week. Understandable with weather and other unpredictable matters in play. I would have appreciated more updates on when matters were to be resolved after instal with no indication of a return. Left in the dark to guess ‘when’.

The old solar system was to be removed from site. Still on front lawn 4 weeks after installation of new solar system. Have tried to contact several times and have not been able to talk with anyone from Solar Emporium regarding this issue.

9 weeks since installation the battery has not worked. Communication is terrible as no one at your end has taken responsibility. All I have spoken to made promises but none kept. Still battery is not working

And to this the reply was that I was and am being ungrateful and you’re proud of yourselves?

We all know that is not the case. But we can all believe our own truths regardless of the nightmare reality
