Excellent experience from the day we visited the SolarFrame showroom to completion of the fitting.
Our co-ordinator Kat ensured we had a suitable agreed date for fitting and informed us of the time and duration of the fitting. The fitters, Kris & Malc arrived on time and made an excellent job of removing the old window and fitting the new one. The sealing and finished look of the window was first class. Thank you all the SolarFrame team!

The whole experience with the company was professional from start to finish.
Everyone involved was polite, friendly, professional and prompt. No one tried to sell us anything we didn't want and were helpful in advising us on things we didn't need.

Would thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering replacing your old conservatory with a solid roof. They also replaced several windows and French doors for us elsewhere in the house as part of the refurbish.

We have lived with our new conservatory for nearly a year and it's been great It's now a space that we have been able to use the whole year round due to the solid roof and quality windows and doors. The service has been great. The build was started on time, completed on time and the staff were carefull and courteous .

Solar frame was the choice for us for new windows, doors, patio doors & an extension. A great team did a really good job, clean & tidy work. We did have a leak on the extension window which the rectified very quickly. Thanks solar frame for a top job all round.

We had an old conservatory turned into an extension, the work carried out was good and the guys who did the job were professional and got on with the work! However the aftercare was shocking. Before the work started, they couldn’t do enough for us and contacted us constantly, however after the work was done I would contact the person who was in charge of our renovation, sometimes I didn’t get a response, when I did get a response it then never got chased up. I’m still yet to have a new inspection done on the work as I was informed that the inspection done did not even relate to our build. Baring in mind, the work was carried out in October 2025. I’ve got to the point now where I’ve given up contacting them. The work done is good, but really disappointed with everything else, so I would not recommend based off that.

SolarFrame had already changed and installed our windows and French doors and done a fantastic job. So we had no hesitation in contacting them again when we decided to add a garden room. From planning the design to the construction and finishing touches, this was conducted with first class professionalism and great customer service care. The fitters were so good and respectful of our garden and our neighbours. Highly recommended. Also the after care is second to none.

After an initial hiccup which was quickly sloved ..Our new conservatory was completed in no time it went very smoothly we are so impressed with Solar frames we are now having them back to do all our wi does and doors to match the conservatory

Solar frame fitted a new tiled roof to an existing conservatory. The service was excellent. I was kept well-informed prior to the work starting. The work was completed promptly and everyone was helpful and answered any of my questions throughout. I was very impressed with the quality of work. The area was left tidy. The after service has also been excellent when I have needed further information. There is now much more of a consistent temperature in this area and the room is usable all year round. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Windows purchased look great and at a very reasonable price. From first enquiry to fitting the process went flawlessly. Fitting took less than a day and everything was carried out professionally by the fitters. Would definitely use this company again.

very happy with the service Solar frame provided. Loved the design it was exacttly what we wanted. They stuck to the dates they had given us and all tradesmen turned up when they said they would. The only problem we had was with the window sills being cut too short and left unfinished. However it was put right by Michael the snagging technician who did an excellent job and bpointed a few things we hadn't even noticed. I wouldn't hesitate in recomending Solar Frame to friends.

Solar Frame have done a really good job replacing our glass conservatory roof for a solid tiled roof. It has now made a big difference to the usability of this space in summer. However there were some delays due to mis communication on the electricians job sheet, we asked for an existing light fitting to go back up. Our project manager at Solar Frame who we communicated with, was very dismissive when we tried to tell her there was a problem, so we had to wait for the electrician to come back out again. Overall we are pleased with the end result.

Great service and communication from start to finish. Everyone we dealt was vey friendly and helpful. We're very pleased with the quality our new conservatory roof and frames.

Replacement conservatory roof - everything arrived, but then it poured it down. The folks re-arranged to avoid damaging the walls and floor - then the 2nd time went smoothly. It did shower, but they had protected everything, and we took care of the loose ends with a bucket. The guys that fitted it cared about it, and the room is now a much better temperature.

Personally I am not overly happy with the installation. The service the company provides is reasonable the contractors they use not so good.
The quality of the the ironmongery not brilliant.

Really pleased with their service from start to finish, couldn’t have done anything any better . Everyone was really friendly and what a fantastic job.
