I was generally satisfied

The fact that I was able to get my request resolved in a timely manner even though it would be cool if we can resolve certain things ourselves. Other than that Songtrust has always been a great support and I'm thankful for that.

Setting things up was super smooth and easy. I'm general the platform is very intuitive.

I signed up with Songtrust to manage my publishing administration and collect my global royalties, and the experience has been very smooth so far. The platform is clear, the registration process was straightforward, and the guidance provided helped me understand each step.

Not giving codes on time.

My experience with Songtrust onboarding has been extremely frustrating. The Plaid ID verification system simply does not work. I have tried 20–30 times, in perfect lighting, with a valid government ID, but it always shows “Unable to verify your identity.”

Even after sending all documents manually, nothing has been resolved. As an IPRS registered Publisher with a valid IPI, this delay is affecting my work badly.

Songtrust needs to fix this broken verification process immediately. Many users are facing the same issue, and it’s disappointing that such a big company cannot provide a simple manual verification option.

I think this is the best decision I have ever made when I initially was looking for the right company to take care of the administration of my publishing . This is a lifetime experience and the portal is so user friendly.

Register for song was so easy and simple. And the dashboard very intuitive I like it. I hope they will collected all of my royalties around the world without leave any cent on the table.
