I was looked after by Hamza at Sonny Adams, great experience. Called up on the day and turned up and took the car for a test drive within minutes. Sorted out my car, my warranty and took care of any queries efficiently. Would definitely recommend going to him if you’re looking for a transparent genuine car dealership.

Very easy p/ex dealing with Hassan, even though he was new he was friendly and accommodating.

Mert the branch manager was amazing throughout the whole process, he gave me the best possible deal to purchase my car. Very professional.

I have changed my review as picking up the car was good but subsequently it’s been a disaster
I took the car to my garage where are cars are serviced just to check even though the car was only a year old to find that pretty much all of it had been resprayed I have asked for an explanation numerous times as this invalidates the manufacturers warranty for the paint I have received no response and I also find they have not refunded the deposit despite paying them in full on collection
My advice is steer well clear and go somewhere else

AWFUL COMPANY! Bought a car from these over 3 months ago. When it was collected the wheels had not been fixed when they should have been, it had only 10 miles of petrol and the service history was not ready. As well as this we had to wait 2 hours to be dealt with even though we had an appointment booked. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone and email with no reply. I am still waiting for the service history, a chip to be fixed, car mats to be ordered. Every time I call them I get put on hold and then hung up on. I would never buy from these again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a car from here, less than 10 days later my dashboard was like a Christmas tree. I took the car back and they kept it for nearly 4 weeks. Communication was shocking, I was chasing them everyday and they would never get back to me. I picked up the car and found my belongings had been stolen and the car was in a disgusting state, covered in dirt and litter inside. A few weeks later, the exact same faults reappeared showing me that it had not been repaired properly in the first place. I sent an email requesting a solution within 14 days before I got it fixed by an independent garage. I heard nothing back after 14 days so took it to my local garage. I informed them I was doing this and they called me immediately apologising and asking for the garage's diagnostics which I sent over. I told them I was going ahead with the repairs to make the car roadworthy and was expecting a full reimbursement. They said fine but when it came down to providing it to me, they said as a "goodwill gesture" they would give me less than half of what I paid. Absolutely disgusting service. They are con men.

Great customer service, so helpful when an issue occurred through no fault of their own. Very friendly with a quick and easy drive away. One happy customer will definitely use again and refer friends and family.

Good service,vehicle was as advertised. Vehicle was delivered but only with one key,second key arrived later in post.
