I have to comment after looking at Trustpilot revs of several companies that regularly advertise on Pinterest feeds. It appears they are all the same lot, dubious outfits from China all advertising same products. I'll list them so people can be aware.. Ainsley Blake. Sophie and Lila. Hudson and Clarke. Fjorna. There are probably more as they are popping up like mushrooms. Please always check trustpilot before ordering from companies unfamiliar no matter how good they look. All AI adverts . Many unhappy customers from all of these

Cheap stuff from China. Not worth spending money.

ITS A SCAM!!!

They sell substandard cloths very very cheap worth $20 for $80 dollars.They ask you pay 40 dollars return costs which is not indicated in their website. They should be sued this is robbery!

I would give this company a worse rating if possible. I blame myself to some degree, should have vetted this company before making a purchase. My wife and I purchaed a lingerie set and have been waiting over three weeks now. I am confident they stole our money and no product will be delivered The tracking number is worthless and probably another way to scam consumers when you click the tracking link. This company is absolutely worthless and has no quality or integrity.

Incredible bad quality + the products were damaged when they arrived. I have tried to contact them, så I can return it and get my money back, but they won’t answer.

Initially, customer service was prompt and very helpful in answering my questions about a particular item. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the products was quite different from what was advertised online. In my opinion, the products did not match the images or expectations that were presented on the website.

To make matters worse, one of the items arrived with a manufacturing fault. I contacted customer service about the issue and requested a refund, but I'm still waiting to hear back.

It's disappointing because my experience before purchasing was so positive, but the product quality and lack of follow-up regarding the refund have left me feeling let down.

The quality of these products is awful and nothing like the pictures. Returning items is like quantum physics and has to be done to china which invites massive charges. Avoid at all costs

Do not buy anything from this company its the worst customer refund service I have ever experienced in my life. 3 mths of chasing to be told I had to pay another £10.46 clearance fee to them as well as the £16 postage to china what an absolute joke. I paid £45 to receive a refund of £18.54 so I am £26.46 out of pocket and no underwear after 3-4 months of chasing for my money. Please avoid like that plague I have been completely ripped off. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

Wanted a refund on the rubbish that I bought. They told me what I had to do and then once I sent it back they told me I wouldn't get a refund. I'd be surprised if they are still in business.
I gave 1 star because that was the least you could give.

The product arrived wrinkled, smelly and of terrible quality. To return it, you must ship to China with the customer paying for it and then they deduct another $10. I am just going to throw the slip out. Do not buy from this company.

Marketed as a luxury brand, but the product I received didn’t match that at all.

Poor quality, faulty item, and inconsistent sizing. I reported it within days and was offered a replacement, but it wasn’t honoured once their return window passed after issues with their customer service.

Returns also require international shipping (in my case, to China) at your own cost, which wasn’t clear upfront.

Would not recommend.

I wish I had read these reviews before I had purchased my items - absolute scam! When you write something on their social media pages they ‘remove’ the content so no one can see how bad the company actually is! VERY poor quality, VERY poor customer service and extremely poor refund policy as mentioned in other reviews - AVOID!!

Order did not arrive. No response from support.

Honestly fuming I didn’t check this sooner 😤 spent a fortune on sh*t! I honestly could of got some lace, thread and a sewing machine and could of done better! Don't be fooled by the pics!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a scam site. The products are cheap polyester, and the email on the website for returns does not receive emails--my messages come back as undeliverable. So, I have garbage I'm unable to return. Avoid this website--scam scam scam.

I had 2 orders made 10/12/25 and received one. I have never received the other. Every time I contact them about the order I haven’t received they message me back about the one I have received. This is despite me sending them the order number several times of the one I haven’t received. This was for over £70 and I am no nearer receiving my refund.

I have brought £100 of underwear unfortunately they don’t fit, I want to return these items I have contacted the company a number of times for the return label, I still haven’t heard back from them,
I would advise not to buy from this company as it seems not to be a legitimate company,

LINGERIE IS CHEAP AND THEN WHEN YOU ASK TO RETURN THEY OFFER 20% REFUND. I REFUSED AND HAVE SENT BACK TO CHINA.
BEEN STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR 2 MONTHS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
17/4/26 NOW BEEN 4 MONTHS AND NO MONEY BACK! CHINESE THIEVES!
