Scam! Shipped from China with terrible returns policy, thats its you can get any comms from them. Fake Trust pilot scores on their site. Avoid!

Ordered something for my wife, it arrived about 3 weeks. She liked one item but not the other so wanted to return. Got told they do not pay for returns so the cost to me is around £20 which means all that for £10 refund. They offered me 20% refund on the item. I went back to them and sent all the documents they requested and heard nothing back. I have sent 5 chaser emails.
If you are going to set up a business then please be professional and ethical.

I wanted something special for my wife at Christmas! The website looks great so I ordered from them two items when they arrived I was in total shock the garments looked like they had been ripped and put together by child! I’ve tried to get my money back no change
It seems you have to pay 40% extra to send it back please do not use this corrupt company avoid at all cost and it’s in china and its made out to be English disgusting and untrustworthy company

Very disappointing experience. My order was marked as delivered, but one item was missing, and there was no delivery photo or proof provided. This is unacceptable, especially given how common delivery issues are.

I have contacted the company requesting an urgent investigation and resolution. If this is not resolved quickly, I will need to escalate the matter further. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering until delivery processes improve.

Sent wrong size. Very slow to respond via email (no phone number) but they corrected the issue and sent a new one. Other reviews mention poor quality but the product is great for the price.

Ordered two sweaters, I received both of them within 3 weeks. They tracking number provided. Did not add any value. I could not understand when it was coming based on the timeline from the site. When I open the two sweaters while they were nice, they were definitely cheap looking and not as the picture on the site portrayed. I wanted to return these and they said that due to the high shipping costs it'd be easier to give me a credit or to refund me 10%? 20%? We finally decided on 30% refund. The site says money back guaranteed. So yes, I'm very disappointed with their sales culture

Received some underwear from this company with all the labels the cut off. It doesn't fit as it's badly sized and I need to send it back, what's the betting they refuse to have it back as the labels have been cut out. Absolute scam of a company. Do not buy from here.

Cheapest lingerie I’ve ever received. Garter came apart during the first “delicate” wash. The sizes aren’t accurate AT all.

The absolute below par quality received cannot be described in any other way than a scam.
Makes you believe it is something of at least average quality, night gown for my wife arrived with one of the shoulder straps already broken.
The size is not western size, so you need to buy one up.

AVOID!!! Products all come from China, very cheap material, sizing way off and make the return process is lengthy and ridiculous. They are extremely reluctant about refunds. To begin, a refund you'll need to pay €20 for it to be shipped back to China and your refund is not guaranteed.

Absolutely terrible quality. Arrived with no tags shoved in a cheap clear plastic bag - zero packaging or care. However that wasn’t the worst part, when I looked at each item none of the seams were finished properly and all had loose fabric hanging off the edges. The fabric is very poor quality and scratchy. I wouldn’t even expect this from a $20 cheap set from Amazon, however for this price point I am disgusted. To top it off, my complaint has received a delayed reply offering a 50% refund, which is not legal as all faulty goods in NSW are by law entitled to a full refund. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THIS SCAM BRAND

Site indicates that it’s Australian and it definitely is not as post purchase everything was from China. Took ages to arrive and when it did it was terrible quality, nothing at all “luxurious” about it.

The company claims to be Australian however once I made my purchase the shipping information indicated that it's coming from china. I was expecting being an Australian company sending an item to Australia that it would come from Australia.
No where on their website do they tell you this.
They also rely on terrible delivery companies to deliver your products so beware that your items will take much longer than expected to come to you.
