This company says that they can ship to the United States, but they absolutely cannot. My package is still being held by customs and they have been completely unresponsive to my inquiries. They also cancelled an item I ordered since it was out of stock without asking if I'd like a replacement first. I also had to prompt them to get them to actually ship the package. I would absolutely never order from here again and would advise anyone else to steer clear.

Just a wonderful online store to deal with. Firstly - a delivery from Helsinki to Adelaide, Australia in under 7 days is incredible! UPS is amazing. The packaging was good, with a few ice packs included and very well wrapped. And such delicious Fazer chocolates!! I'm in heaven. I will order again, thank you.

Ordered Fazer Chocolates for my sisters as a birthday gift. When order was made the order included payment for shipping and taxes.

Month later the shipping company requested payment for shipping and taxes. We were informed they would take care of this.

Month later we received a letter from a debt collector demand payment for the shipping and taxes.

We are now seeking legal advice.

Good. I bought some products from this store. It's really Finnish food. tasty coffee and nice finish goods. I like it, but I mark 4 stars because sometimes they don't answer right away and you have to wait. But they do answer! I recommend this store.
