I haven't used the coverage yet, but seems to be competitive in pricing. Didn't like the pressure to buy immediately without shopping around. Was offered great price but had to decide right then, best to do your research first and call when you're ready to buy.

I like how he listened, tried his best to accommodate my situation and responded to my statements with interest. I had decided NOT to purchase this type of warranty...until I talked with Benjamin. He offered to be my contact person for any of my needs...great customer service!
