Love the sound from these earbuds
Love the sound from these earbuds, is up there with the best iv used. They feel quality made too. The only downfall was the app. Would not work or register and that vexed me at first but i got fed up of trying and just started using them. And just randomly tried the app again while listening and just like that it worked. Not sure if thats the trick to registering but it worked for me. I still give it five stars though, if you hear the sound quality from them you will understand. Thats my honest opinion on them anyway

Just unboxed TWO boxes of brand new trueair2 air buds and both have the same issue charge but don't sync or turn on.
Avoid this useless company as the quality of their aftersales is as bad as their crap products

the only thing thats good is the battery life
I got the soundpeats space a few days ago and oh my god what a waste of money it is....
1) keeps disconnecting for absolutely no reason at all and i have to wait a few seconds for it to connect again
2) when using the aux cord, left side of headphones dont work at all
3) sometimes static noise comes out of headphones when using the cord
4) starts glitching occasionally when using bluetooth
these are BRAND NEW yet i have all these problems, really the only thing good about it is the battery life!!
Great Earbuds, Good Support, Honours Hassle-Free Warranty
I bought SoundPeats Clear earbuds a few months ago and absolutely love them. I ended up developing a small issue with one of the earbuds and their customer support was incredible. Promptly sent out a new set under their warranty which are now working perfectly.
Forget about warranty
I bought a pair of RunFree 2 headphones from an eBay seller new, in a sealed box.
After less than 3 months the left speaker started to cut off randomly, then completely died, even though I was very careful with the headphones.
I contacted SOUNDPEATS customer support and they suggested I contact the eBay seller, because that's how their warranty claims are "normally" handled.
I guess they expect any reseller to learn how to repair their dodgy products..
Great sound quality, easy to use and great customer service
I had been using SOUNDPEATS earbuds air 4 lite and run free lite for almost 6 months time, it’s been impressive with sound quality and functions of the earbuds, and the case can hold very long battery life as the product description, voice calling is also very good, they deserve for sound reputation.
And customer service works great job also recently I had trouble with the earbuds microphone, it seems like it just stopped working when I called my friends, and i contacted the company for warranty as it has stated for 1 year for carefully normal use, and they gave me simple instructions to follow and make sure it’s working in due course, but unfortunately it didn’t work, so the company promptly shipped a new pairs or even offer me a compensation for the trouble, personally I never had good service experience like this for earbuds device since other companies they just don’t care about it. But not with SOUNDPEATS, so I would totally recommend products of this company and they will have me as fix customer from now on :)
But I think you would need to follow warranty’s condition and instructions from the company, it would possibly be just dirty from dust or from your ears

I was gifted the SoundPEATS Space Overear Headphones. Great headphones, brilliant sound, the app is great for changing the settings to optimising sound for what you're listening too. Easy bluetooth connection.
The worst earbuds I’ve ever had
The worst earbuds I’ve ever had, the sound was bad it didn’t have ANC and they broke after only a month. They where the air 3 btw.

Have had two pairs of ear buds from them and both have stopped working after a year. After researching this seems a common fault and theme. Contacted Amazon who directed me to SoundPeats. This then meant I went over my 12 month warranty by 12 days so apparently there is nothing they can do
A good product fatally flawed
The Soundpeats 2 earphones are actually very good and I can't fault the sound quality or the build.
They are also one of the few designs that actually seem to have been designed to fit, and stay in, your ear.
The problem is that they are often (usually) impossible to sync with anything, and most times when they do, either one side or the other doesn't work.
And if you put them back in the case, you have to set them up again the next time you use them.
Also, as an aside, the rounded base of the charging case makes it difficult to hold, made worse because the charging port is on the RHS adding to the annoyance.
Overall a good product spoiled by impractical design and dodgy software.

OK to start with but now very unreliable, spending 30 mins before my run trying to pair them, Then only 1 works ....I've moved to Sony and soundpeats are in the bin.
Gute Ware leider mit Fehler...
Hatte die SoundPeats Free2 Classic gekauft. Diese hatten das Problem, sobald die Hand drauf lag oder ich die in der Tasche hatte begannen Musikstücke egal ob über Smartphone oder über MP3 Player (Rofeer, Mechen China Player) auszusetzen. Mit einem In-Ear von Realme hatte ich das Problem nicht.
Nicht falsch verstehen, bis auf das Problem war der Sound für Headsets unter 25 Euro richtig gut. Der Sitz und die Akkulaufzeit nahezug perfekt.
Hatte die Probleme dem Support geschildert, der erst sehr spät reagierte. Das Gerät wurde getauscht - wies aber die gleichen Probleme auf. Deswegen hatte man mir nun die per Amazon zurück erstattet.
Bis auf dass der Support halt in ordentlichem Englisch (nicht jeder spricht das) erfolgt, ist der Support wenn er stattfindet vorbildlich und sehr kundenorientiert.
Bei den Problemen, denke ich dass da einfach eventuell bei den Free2 Classic am falschen Ende gespart wurde. Andere sollen besser sein - die Engine4 haben ja gute Rezessionen. Beim nächsten Mal bestimmt wieder SoundPeats - allerdings nicht mehr für unter 50 Euro.
Worst company/customer service…
Worst company/customer service experience ive ever dealt with. Purchased the Air 3 Pro earbuds from the official store on Aliexpress. After just 2 months the case stopped holding a charge. Only way i can get the earbuds to connect is if i plug the case into a power supply. Once you disconnect them they will not connect again unless plugged in again - completely useless when out and about.
Aliexpress customer support say to contact the supplier directly on chat as they cant open a dispute later than 15 days. When i contact the Official Soundpeats store chat - a bot replies and says to open a dispute with aliexpress - round in circles. No physical person will reply.
Emailed Soundpeats directly - No reply. Opened a warranty case on their website - Only Automated replies with no action other than saying they received my claim. Finally got a reply on their whatsapp line - their solution was for me to send them $20 to a dodgy 123.com address on paypal to cover post and packing on a 'similar replacement' pair of earpods. Keep in mind my original order from Ali was $30 free shipping.
Total scam of a company. Like others suggest - i can only imagine the positive reviews are fake. Really regret recommending their products to family and friends based on initially liking them when i received them at first. Lesson learned.
soundpeats capsule 3 pro incroyables
J'ai acheter les écouteurs soundpeats capsule 3 pro. Le son est excellent et n'as rien a envie a des écouteurs plus hauts de gamme. Malgré une panne d'un écouteur suite certainement au chargement du boîtier avec une prise a chargement rapide ( ce qui ne faut pas faire ) le sav de soundpeat a été très présent et a fait le nécessaire très rapidement pour résoudre le problème.
Je profite pleinement de mes écouteurs avec le son Hi-Res qui est bien présent. La clarté de ce modèle est déjà très bon pour les amateurs de musique. Inutile de gaspiller des fortunes dans des écouteurs qui sont loin de ce niveau.
Bad company, poor practices - nice headphones that break.
I loved my Force Pro headphones until they just stopped entering pairing mode one day, 11 months after I bought them, and I pursued the company for a replacement. I actually really liked them, not many companies do neckband headphones - let alone ones with a slightly weighted neck so they don't just swing around all the time.
I paid £42.99 for them, so full price. After going through the motions and establishing that yes, they do not work, they told me that they can't offer me the exact model as a replacement. They first offered me a pair of true wireless headphones that are selling for £20.99 as a replacement. Then, a refund for £20, "because it has been 11 months" - like headphones are only supposed to last a year and then they die and you buy replacements? That's insane!
Then, *finally*, when I had pushed back against all of these options, they offered me a like for like replacement for my headphones from the factory with a delayed shipping time.
Be advised - their headphones likely won't last you very long, considering they feel like 11 months is long enough for only a 50% refund on electronics. And if they don't last you, this company will try and swindle you if you take them up on their warranty. I would advise not buying headphones from this company unless you're willing to accept that they likely won't last much longer than a year. Personally, I am beginning to get quite worried about the amount of plastic waste I generate, so I'm not really interested in buying poor quality devices any more.

Produit plutot bien à l'usage mais à durée de vie très courte
Après échange avec le SAV, ce dernier m'a proposé un échange avec un produit qui leur avait été retourné. Merci pour leur compréhension et ce geste apprécié. Je re qualifie en 3 étoiles. Mais le produits transmis à fait 2 utilisations avant de tomber en panne.
Produit très interessant en terme de son et de construction solide.
Mais il tombe en panne (batterie hors service) au bout de 12 mois et 10 jours.
Expérience très médiocre. La fermeture éclair du sac d'emballage s'est cassé le jour de la réception. Mais le casque marchait plutot bien.
Depuis un mois (11 mois d'usage occasionnel - 2 fois / semaine) il ne se recharge plus, grésille même quand il est censé être à l'arret. Bref, inutilisable. il s'agit du modèle SoundPEATS Bluetooth 5.0 sans fil écouteurs IPX6 magnétique

Great earbuds and great customer service (unlike Gopro, their customer service is a nightmare).
I love dance music and the bass in the truefree2 is great, and only around £35. I had a problem with one set I bought , but their service was great and they refunded me with minimal hassle.
