John and John fantastic job, professional job, neat and tidy - would definitely recommend!

SCHI provided a managed service from planning permission through groundworks and installation of a conservatory. (Which you cannot get with most other conservatory companies). We were able to see and ask questions at each step of journey and were impressed with the installation being completed on time and to the original designs and scope agreed. All deliveries from Builders/Ground crew, electrician (John) carpentry, plastering and installation team (Dean and Luke) were delivered with professionalism and attention to detail.

The installation team made the job a breeze, nothing was too much trouble. Jack's attention to detail, thinking of things that we necessarily wouldn't have, like buying a new outside light fitting, and coloured cement to enhance the build, along with the assistance of Harvey, Liam and Shane made what wasn't a simple job, a breeze for us as customers. Definitely will use this company again as they will go all out to make sure their clients are content. Even the site managers visiting most days were more than accommodating.

Jon has been brilliant. He's replaced all of our windows and doors which we are delighted with. He has worked diligently, without breaks or complaints, throughout the recent heatwave. His attention to detail is amazing, along with his kind and helpful explanations of how each item operates along with thoughtful safety tips. (one of our doorsteps has been raised in order to clear the floor).
I would recommend Jon as a perfect gentleman and excellent worker. His kind and concerned attitude towards his work is brilliant. Thank you very much indeed.

We've just had another excellent experience with South Coast Home Improvements Ltd. This latest job involved replacing a door they had originally fitted, adapting it to provide much better access into and out of our utility room to meet changing disability needs.

Shane carried out the work professionally and confidently, working around intermittent bad weather without any issues. He arrived earlier than planned, which suited us perfectly, and was patient, considerate and respectful of our home throughout. The installation was completed with no mess whatsoever, and great care was taken to ensure there was no damage to existing floors, walls or furniture.

The new door blends seamlessly with our recently completed room project and looks as though it has always been part of the design. Before leaving, Shane thoroughly checked that everything was operating correctly and reassured us that he would be happy to return and make any adjustments if required.

This is now our third or fourth project with South Coast Home Improvements, and the quality of workmanship, reliability and customer service have always been first class. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for windows, doors, guttering, fascias, soffits, home improvements and accessibility adaptations.

A trustworthy company that takes pride in its work, delivers excellent results and genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jack, Harvey and JP did a fantastic job of fitting our windows, doors, soffits and fascias. They’re lovely polite guys. They worked quickly and took great care to clean up when the job was complete.

We have used them before, that occasion was good. This time my elderly mothers conservatory had a leak. First chap said they would get back. Second lady said they only come out to their own ones .. so wouldn't help. Anyway a local trade person has done the work. It was a roof panel that had slipped.
The conservatory was a nuglass one who went bust a good few years ago.
Sadly I wouldn't recommend now or use again.
They could make quite a lot of money repairing new glass ones.

I had the conservatory panels replaced, as well as some indoor windows, and am very happy with the result. Trvor Back helped make it affordable and possible, and was very professional, kind and helpful. Adrian and Taylor did the work swiftly , tidily, and were very pleasant. I am extremely pleased with the work.

These two guys Deano and Luke, did a terrific job on my new conservatory, they are skilled and totally committed to producing a good quality job, I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone

My wife and I would like to thank you for the excellent job you have done for us. The Conservatory is absolutely great and it allows us to make more use of our raised patio and we are well pleased with it.

I was very impressed with South Coast Improvements, especially Trevor Back who oversaw the project. He was a good listener, explained each step of the process both verbally and in writing. He visited the site regularly and provided ongoing,
clear updates. He was approachable and trustworthy. The quality of the work was to a high standard, snagging issues solved easily and the price was competitive. Highly recommended.

From initial quote to install my experience with SCHI has been brilliant.
