Delivery: All belongings arrived securely and in good order.

Pricing: The service was reasonably priced.

General Communication: Aside from specific transit gaps mentioned below, overall communication was generally good and helpful.

Customs: Customs administration and paperwork was dealt with successfully.

THE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT...

Unannounced Subcontractor: I expected Space 4 Time Ltd to collect my belongings. But an unexpected third-party Romanian contractor (Logictrans) arrived for collection without any prior notification that this would happen. The subcontractor was polite and nice, but this was unexpected and caused some anxiety. The subcontractor also did not know the delivery address other than the country, and had to clarify it with me. So there were some red flags.

Transit Communication Gap: No proactive updates were provided by the company after the belongings departed, contrary to the Space 4 Time Ltd FAQ claiming that status updates are provided at key stages. I had to exchange my personal WhatsApp details and contact the subcontractor driver directly for updates. The driver did provide updates, but this did not function as described on their FAQ.

Post-Departure Silence: After requesting urgent documents from me for customs processes at 10:30 AM on collection day, the office went silent and did not follow up for provide any further updates. I had to send emails to obtain an understanding what had happened with the custom process.

Overall 4 out of 5 stars. I am pleased with the job, and would recommend this company to other people, but there is some room for improvement here with communciation.

Everyone I've spoken to has been absolutely brilliant. The guys on the day were great, put care into what they were doing. Price was cheapest from 5 others quoted.

The constant support provided by Hasan whenever I had queries, and making sure that everything happened when it was supposed to, and making a decision to ensure that I received the pictures on time, becuse I wasn’t there myself, very professional and extremely helpful to me.

Space 4 Time presents itself as a UK removal company, but its published details point to their significant operations in Bulgaria, while its UK registered address appears to be a residential property ie bungalow in Ashford.

Shockingly, their terms and conditions specify that the disputes are to be resolved in Bulgarian courts. Despite the company being registered in the UK.

Most likely they are the brokers, and before trusting your move to them, ask who will actually transport your goods, and explanation of your legal rights if something goes wrong.

Very communicative throughout the process, and during the delivery they were super prompt and really helpful with loading / unloading. Would recommend!!

I highly recommend Space4time: very competitive prices and reliable team and service. My move from Czech Republic to the United Kingdom went very well thanks to Eleanor and the team. Additionally Space4time facilitate WhatsApp customer service and simple Revolut payments. Thanks Space4time!

Space4time moved 2.5 tonne from the Uk to Spain. All arrived in good condition 3 days later. Communication was great, I was kept updated throughout the process,
Driver was friendly and worked hard helping load and unload. Pricing, service and communication was excellent.

Trustworthy company. The contact person, Eleonora, will facilitate everything and support the whole process . An honest and eficient company . We are very happy with our transport to Spain and looking forward to our second removal , with them.

Eleonora and the driver were fantastic. Everything on time, nothing broken. Also great communication to keep me updated about everything. I also had to reschedule a few times but they managed everything extremely professionally.

In comparison to other quotes I received, Space4Time had the best and also the most realistic estimate of the van required. I'd been also quoted 2-3x the price offered by Eleonora and team by other providers based on inflated numbers.

I moved from Italy to the United Kingdom and I was very pleased with their service. Eleonora in particular was very helpful in guiding me through the intricacies of moving to the UK post Brexit. Space4Time moved 500 kg for me from Italy to UK and did it very smoothly, professionally, and with smiles despite hot weather in Italy, police checking on the parked van in a ZTL zone every hour, and many stairs without a lift to my apartment! They arrived earlier in the day than expected in UK despite protests in the docks in Dover /Calais area and they unloaded quickly at my house. A top class experience. Responsive and highly professional staff. Excellent ongoing updates. I moved things from Greece to London and everything ran smoothly to plan. They took care of all the customs paperwork. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We moved from Scotland to Slovenia and found Space4Time to be very helpful and price efficient for our move. We arranged for a shared load with a limit on weight and volume and found that option to be the perfect match for us. Eleonora was very helpful throughout the process and the pick-up/delivery drivers were kind and helpful. Everything went very smoothly and we would happily use Space4Time in the future.
