I found this company expensive compared…
I found this company expensive compared to others particularly that their weight limits are ridiculously low.i cancelled my contract with them and they offered to refund my £50 deposit. However they then accused me of not cancelling the contract even though the had offered to refund my deposit but wanted all my bank details in an insecure email. My trust destroyed.

We would like to clarify a few points for transparency.
The weight limits applied to our quotations are based on the legal payload limits of the vehicles used for transport and are not unique to our company. These limits are required by transport regulations and apply regardless of the available volume within the vehicle.
Following a revision of the estimated shipment weight, an updated quotation was provided. We understand that this increase was disappointing and respect your decision not to proceed.
Regarding the cancellation, your email of 29 May stated that you would make a final decision the following week. As no cancellation was received at that time, the booking remained active in our system. When you later confirmed that you wished to cancel, we immediately agreed to refund your £50 deposit.
To process a bank transfer refund, we requested your bank details. This request was solely for the purpose of returning your deposit, as we cannot issue a bank refund without the recipient's account details.
We always aim to act professionally, fairly, and transparently, and we regret that we were unable to provide a service that met your expectations.

Space4Time - From London to Rome
Space4Time helped us to move from London to Rome, and they have been absolutely great! They were extremely clear from the beginning, and supported us through out the process, both on the practicalities (boxes, kilos, what we can bring), and paper work (changes to the contract, lists for customs, specificities in different borders).
The thing that I valued the most is that they have been super responsive and present in the days before moving, and during the days in transit. I discussed different options with them of what to bring and how, and during the day the driver was really reassuring and supportive in managing our anxiety and stress.
We didn't have to use the insurance, as the driver was careful to get everything in one piece!
Overall, great service!

Perfect company 100% reliable.
This was my second time using this company, Eleonora is who i dealt with once again. She's very patient and clear although I had to make some changes back and fourth. She makes it all so straight forward and stress free. Paperwork is all explained very easy and simple. Price cannot be beaten!!! Driver was very nice and worked hard, came on time and took great care with our belongings. Everything came to France as they were packed without damage. I don't think I will need to use them again myself as it's now my permanent home here but i can definitely highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a genuine and trustworthy company that doesn't add stress on top of your move. Everything arrived safely and in time
I had a wonderful experience with Space 4 Time when relocating from UK to Slovakia. I had a short time span in order to organise my move (2 weeks) and I was grearly reasured and supported. They were very professional, handled my belongings with care, and were easy to keep in contact with via phone call. Eleonora helped me with the paperwork (as UK to mainland Europe is considered an international move and comes with a lot of requirements) and the whole process turned out stress free. Their prices are also great and the driver was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
