Site promises 48 hour dispatch and brand-new sealed device. Ordered a Samsung S25 Ultra that took 12 days to even ship and arrived opened with the seal broken.

Would highly not recommend ordering here and if you must, definitely do not purchase using Interac eTransfer, use a method that has buyer protection.

Spectronic Canada team was very much proffecionally correct on every stage of delivering my order The phone "Honor magic 6 pro" global version was delivered on time in perfect condition "brand new" and with the original Honor charger. Other firms on Canadian market don't include charger in the box for this brand and model. The phone itself is great for the money and works nice in every aspect. Also Spectronic Canada offer unbeatable price on the market tiday.
So, I recommend very much Spectronic Canada for buying best flagman phones for the best price.

I cannot contact this store. These days it is called "Online Store". Try to contact the customer service and you feel like you hitting the wall. I cannot consider to make a purchase from them if it is not possible to get in touch.

Do not buy from Spectronic Canada. They are a scam. They will never answer your emails, phone calls or web chats and you will have to take them to court to get your money back.

I ordered a cell phone from them over a month ago. I paid via e-transfer because they offered 3% off for this payment method (as they would avoid the credit card transaction fees). I wouldn't normally do this but the phone cost >$1000 so it was a $30 discount, and I saw that this shop has a lot of positive reviews here so I thought it would be fine.

It was not. Phone still shows as not shipped on their tracking page (over 30 days). I have sent multiple emails, tried their web chat, tried phoning them - they never respond. Now I get to fight to get my $1000 back. Do not make my mistake.

Delivered a phone from Hong Kong to Canada in three days. Took care of taxes. Responsive in chat with a real person.

Shipped fairly fast, product came undamaged. I do wish they sent a confirmation email when they get the order to alleviate worries.

Customer service was great always able to get a hold of them due to high demand of the phone that just got released that I ordered it was a little slight delay in shipping so instead of 2 days I took 4 days with an item arrived perfectly I had a hiccup with my cellular provider but that's not fault of spectronic or the phone itself all is well everything's working and I'm happy with my purchase I would definitely recommend and purchase from here again if I need a phone that's not sold in this market

I am very happy with the phone and it arrived in perfect condition. They are a trustworthy company with a history of genuine reliable products. They provide many models not available elsewhere. They do respond to their 'contact us' form. They expedited my delivery after the supplier had a minor delay. My new phone has a dual physical sim with global bandwidths suitable for travelling and 512G of storage. On their site, there was very wide range of models and features available made for Canada, US, UK and international markets. The prices were good and my phone came with a full warranty, unlike some phones from other sellers who sell global models and offer options for a 3rd party warranty.
Their prices were not marked up like some companies selling specialty models like the global models. Being in Canada, there were no extra fees and charges for importing the phone. All that was included in the price. They shipped with DHL who took care of all customs inspections and fees. With all these extra charges included, my phone was the same price as a local model from the manufacturer's Canadian website.

I recommend Spectronic Canada.
