Second Shipment…Same great experience!!
My brother bought my first shipment as a gift. It lasted a year and a half. I gifted myself the second shipment. I Love the variety of the wines. I forgot about the fact that someone 21 years of age or older had to be present for a signature. I was working during delivery times, which were not convenient for me , so I called customer service, and they were able to find an authorized shipping site near me where they could reroute the shipment, and I was able to pick up the order at a time that was convenient for me. Customer service is awesome, and extremely important to me when I do business with any company. Great Job!!!!

I could not have a good time when the…
I could not have a good time when the case would arrive and I am hard of hearing, so I had to wait close to the door to know when it was here, I waited for several hours
I have also opened only two of the bottles and I had to dump one and the other was not very good. I would not want to serve this wine to any guest

We don't like sweet wines
We don't like sweet wines. Received 2 out of 18, both were Moscato. It would be better if we were informed about what types you will receive before placing an order. But the other ones we have tried were good.

I did not receive the box that I ordered, so I called customer service. The rep. apologized and gave me credit with no questions asked. Told me of another offer so I could place a new order using my credit to purchase another wine box.
