Shipment was fast
Shipment was fast. A great value. My only complaint is all 18 bottles came in one box and it's nearly impossible to carry. If you could split it up into two boxes I would order in the future, but I definitely cannot order now with such a large box.

The wine was nice but not effective.
The wine were nice but not effective. Nothing to remember and nothing stood out. They were watered down flavored drinks to me. I would suggest fresh high potency. The price with my coupon made it worth every penny but I wouldn't pay full price or repeat the purchase because the wine didn't even tickle me.

Hello Rommel,
We are truly sorry to hear that your shipment arrived with a broken bottle!
We fully acknowledge how disappointing, messy, and frustrating it is to open your delivery expecting to enjoy your wine, only to find damage inside. Dealing with broken glass and a lost bottle completely ruins the excitement of receiving your package, and we completely understand your disappointment.
Please be reassured that we take packaging protection very seriously, and arriving with damaged bottles is far from the experience we want you to have. Since it looks like you haven't had a chance to reach out to our support team yet, we kindly ask that you contact us with your order details so we can gather a few more specifics and help take care of this for you.
Please reach out to us directly by calling 844-444-9311 or emailing customerservice@splashwines.com at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
Warm regards,
The Splash Wines Team

Hello Mike,
We are truly sorry to see your 1-star review and to learn that your experience was so disappointing that you felt even a single star was too generous.
We fully acknowledge how deeply frustrating and upsetting it is when a product or service fails so completely to meet your expectations. Wanting to give a zero-star rating shows just how let down you felt, and we completely understand why you felt this strongly about how things went.
Please be reassured that providing a great experience to every customer is always our ultimate goal. While we know our team has since stepped in and assisted you with your concern, we are genuinely saddened that the overall result wasn't a happier one for you. Though we regret how things turned out this time around, please know that our door is always open and we would warmly welcome you back anytime should you ever decide to give us another try in the future.
If you ever need anything else or have additional questions down the road, please feel free to reach out to us at 844-444-9311 or email customerservice@splashwines.com. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

The price is very reasonable for 15 wines- some of the wine aren’t good, and that’s why I gave 4 stars. The nice thing is if there is a wine I absolutely hate, I let them know and they give me credits back for the next order.

Second Shipment…Same great experience!!
My brother bought my first shipment as a gift. It lasted a year and a half. I gifted myself the second shipment. I Love the variety of the wines. I forgot about the fact that someone 21 years of age or older had to be present for a signature. I was working during delivery times, which were not convenient for me , so I called customer service, and they were able to find an authorized shipping site near me where they could reroute the shipment, and I was able to pick up the order at a time that was convenient for me. Customer service is awesome, and extremely important to me when I do business with any company. Great Job!!!!
