Frustrating order process!!
Actually I tapped the wrong star! I meant to give this last experience a 3. The wines are fine . 4 stars BUT your online process is VERY inadequate. I’ve been a customer for years and the process has never been this difficult. I tried to select my own wines. It took 3 tries and a chat with an actual person. It took at least an hour! Once all wines were chosen at checkout the order would not go through bc one or maybe more were out of stock. But it doesn’t tell you which one!!! So the customer has to quess which one and try to redo the order. After my second try I spoke with your agent who helped me pick wines one by one to find out which ones were out. We placed the order and few days later I received an email saying one wine was out of stock and had to be replaced! So 3 attempts to order failed!! Time consuming and frustrating. Time to fix your system or you will lose me and others as customers.

I have been purchasing wine from Splash for a number of years now
I have been purchasing wine from Splash for the past couple of years and have found that for the most part, for at least their reds, they are very similar taste wine. They are good everyday drinking wines. As for the whites, they seem to be drinkable as well. Not going to lie. They are not the best but for most folk they are more than adequate. The prices can’t be beat and the processing and shipping times are very good.
Thank you making wine drinking enjoyable for the masses. Keep up the good work.

Great Wine, Great Variety, and Always Something on Hand 🍷
I originally tried Splash Wines because I had a Groupon, but I liked it enough that I decided to keep the subscription. They have a really good variety of wines at different price points, so there’s something for pretty much every taste and budget.
I especially like that you can keep things affordable but still have the option to choose some of their more premium wines when you want something a little nicer. It’s a great way for beginner and intermediate wine lovers to try different wines, figure out what they like, and branch out without spending a ton of money.
At this point, my wine fridge stays stocked, and I usually have something on hand for just about any occasion—whether it’s dinner, having friends over, a special occasion, or just wanting a glass of wine at home. 🍷

Delivery was not good
Delivery was not good. Some of the wire was damaged during shipment so it got sent back to the warehouse. Instead of just expediting my order you all seemed to have waited until you got your damaged order back. Your reps were also sending contradicting messages . Also, I would have thought you all would have sent a complementary bottle because of both the confusion and delay, but you didn't.
