Cheques of reimbursements arrived in the mail regularly after my kitten received treatments for her disease. Just a short period to be assessed. But I had send a VOID cheque and did hope for automatic payments to my chequeing account ( would have been faster/ shorter wait ).

We recently joined Spot pet insurance and within a few months our pet had a $1700 Vet bill which Spot initially paid $900. Our vet office made a mistake in how they wrote up the bill so they corrected it and we sent it back in for reassessment , Spot covered almost the entire bill. Very happy and the payment was quick. Pleased, would definitely recommend. As Vet bills have become so expensive, I really think that pet insurance is a must have these days..

Stay away from it
I will highly recommend everyone to stay away from you and stick to more well-known companies like Fetch. You are not reliable and reasonable when comes to reimburse a little bit big claim
