Diese Kamera ist ein unbrauchbares Spielzeug ! Sie kann voll geladen nur ca. 3 Stunden ohne Kabelanschluss funktionieren. Weder die versprochene Nachtsichtfunktion noch ein Betrieb draußen bei Sonnenschein ist möglich. Die Kamera kann nur in Räumen bei Tageslicht brauchbare Bilder liefern. Die Inbetriebnahme und Koppelung mit dem WIFI ist kompliziert. Die Alarmfunktion funktioniert bis heute nicht !
This camera is a useless toy! It only lasts about three hours on a full charge without a cable connection. Neither the promised night vision function nor outdoor use in sunlight is possible. The camera can only deliver usable images indoors during daylight hours. Setting it up and connecting it to the Wi-Fi is complicated. The alarm function still doesn't work!

The cameras will not connect to WIFI, its cheap junk and when you try to get a refund they ghost you. First in an email when I requested a refund they responded with 'sorry that email is not associated with a purchase' So I screen shot their previous emails and said what is this then? No response when you call their number it goes straight to voicemail and not surprisingly they do not call back. I got scammed, I feel stupid. DO NOT BUY!

They overcharged me by £ 24 last Feb 2025. It is now June 25 and I am still fighting for a refund. For about the 6th ttime they tell me my last ticket expired make out new one. They told me to keep the goods and refund will be given. Will not be dealing with them again. Would advise caution

Ich habe die Homepage zufälligerweise im Internet gesehen. Alle Beschreibungen von den Minicameras, der einfachen Bedienung die selbst hineingestellten Rezensionen sowie der Aktionspreis für drei Stück überzeugten mich. LEIDER habe ich anschliessend die unglaublichen Bewertungen auf Trustpilot gelesen! Ich schrieb dem Unternehmen zehn Mails und drohte die Kreditkartenfirma Visa sowie meine Rechtschutzversicherung einzuschalten, falls innert zwei Tagen der Betrag nicht wieder gutgeschrieben würde, da die Ware ja gemäss Homepage erst innert drei oder vier Tagen verschickt würde. Immer nur Ausreden. Am nächsten Tag schickte ich eine Mail an meine Visa Bank und wies auf die unzähligen negativen Rezensionen auf Trust Pilot hin. Innert zwei Stunden war der Betrag wieder auf meinem Konto!!!

I was charged almost 200 euros the camera i ordered was 29.45 they charged me for 4 cameras also within ten minutes i contacted the company to be told my order had been dispatched if anyone else had this experience please let me know as i certainly would not recommend having anything to do with this company 😡

J'ai commandé par erreur 4 mini caméras, le 4 mai 2025. 2 heures après, j'ai voulu annulé. J'ai reçu un mail ( en anglais et je me suis aperçue que c'était des mails automatiques)qui me disait que l'annulation était impossible car la commande était déjà emballée et expédiée! Le prélèvement bancaire a bien eu lieu! Ne recevant rien, j'ai repris contact avec eux. 10 mails identiques m'ont été envoyés! rien à voir avec mes demandes. Le 2 juin après je ne sais combien de messages, on me dit que l'on n'a aucune trace de ma commande.... Je leur envoie, une fois de plus mon bon de commande et quelques mails reçus.
Le 5 juin,, on me dit que ma commande a été expédiée...
Le 7 juin on me dit que la commande est prête à être expédiée.... mais qu'il leur faut mon n° de téléphone. Depuis, pas de nouvelles....

I don't understand the negative reviews here. This company has BY FAR the best customer service yiu coukd expect from a tech company. A human is always available to help and emails are answered in a matter of hours. Installation of the camera into a local network can be tricky. I had difficulty getting remote access to mine but customer service got me through it. Ignore the ads and tge request for a credit card to register and you will be very happy with this device. It lives up to the hype and claims of the manufacturer.

If I could add negative stars I would. Can’t even connect camera to phone to start with. Looks like something out of a cornflakes box, don’t waste your money

Then threatened soc media exposure and many weak excuses then they blocked me

Liars! Ordered 2 cameras with 2 cards and received 4 with 4 cards along with 2 warranties. It took 2 weeks to get the product which used half the 30 day return time.
The instruction sheet is the size of a postage stamp and unreadable unless you have a microscope!
Tried to install apps on phone with no luck.
Called customer support to return. The service agent would not give me a return number or let me speak to a supervisor. She then hung up on me.
Also, found out after looking at my Paypal account, they set up a recurring charge for services which I never authorized!
Tried emailing customer service again to get return # but received no reply.
Had to return to address on original package by registered mail at additional expense of $42.00.
This company is a huge scam! They sell crap and won't take it back.
I am disputing with PayPal! Don't buy it for any reason!
If I could give them a Zero score I would.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Ordered 2x spy cameras for around £80+£6.95 shipping. I noticed from PayPal that they'd also taken £4.99 for warranty and another £8.99 for premium shipping, neither of which I selected, and I was set up for a subscription! The cameras look like toy cameras and I've recently seen them on Amazon for £16.95 for a set of 2 with really bad reviews. They agreed to refund the shipping and warranty - not yet received over a month later - and I cannot return the cameras. AGAIN another scam. I don't know how people get away with these things.

A bunch of chancers
I responded to a TV advert for 1 camera. I was notified that my order had been received. The reply indicated that my full purchase price was £0.00.
I tried unsuccessfully to investigate this.
The following day I received information that my order had been for 3 cameras. That was completely wrong.
I wanted only 1 item. It seems like they have some unethical mechanism inbuilt to their ordering system which automatically decides how many products that you should receive.
In my case, I was charged about £130 instead of my real order which was for £35 only.
I reported this to them within a couple of hours of the original order being placed. They did not reply until the following day when they informed me that " my order had been prepared and despatched so, could not be cancelled". As a goodwill gesture, I was offered free of charge, " and additional 1 year warranty on their product.
This matter is not concluded because I shall be pursuing it fully.
In the meantime, I post here a brief summary with this company and recommend any potential customers to be very wary of it.

Purchased 2 cameras. Totally useless. Will not connect to wifi despite trying.
Would have given a zero start if the option was there.
Avoid this product.

Very poor service and product. Made a mistake ordering but unable to rectify. Said it was too late as items already ordered but that was a load of rubbish. Also added additional costs that I wasn't aware of. Said I could return items for a refund. They arrived late and when I tried to contact them, it said my issue had been resolved which it hadn't. Numerous rejected emails later, I was told I could return at my cost, but had to settle for a small refund.

Terrible experience and the product is absolutely garbage. Strongly recommend you don't go anywhere near them. I'd give no stars if it were possible.

Unzählige Mails an alle möglichen Mail-Adressen geschickt, aber keine Antworten mehr bekommen.

I have email several times and I get the same bog standard reply saying as we have not heard from you we assume the matter has been resolved. THE MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. My camera is still not working. Buttons not responding. Cannot get it to work have deleted the App several times to see if that would make a difference but it hasn’t. It would be nice if I could get a reply from a human being with a modicum of common sense and and not a robot. I would like a refund as the camera is not fit for purpose. Their after sales service is non existent. I am a very annoyed customer. If I could have given a zero I would have.

Impossible d'avoir une adresse pour le retour.....Pour le moment ils ne répondent que pour un sondage de qualité......!!!!!
Pas serieux du tout sauf pour le paiement qui est instantané.
Laisser pourrir la situation est le meilleur système pour arriver au bout du délai de renvoie......

Well I ordered 1 camera,, they charged me for 3, 5 memory cards, and 3 extended warranties, for 287.00 dollars, im a terminal cancer patient and can't pay for my co pay for chemotherapy now,, these people are evil evil bastards

Don't waste your money - wanted to cancel order the day I placed it, was unable as they said it had been shipped which was a total fabrication. Received the camera and many people in my family have tried to install - very, very frustrating. Only connects to 2.4 wifi. Total waste of our time and money. Customer service is hopeless - there is none.
