Größter Schrott am Markt, made in China!!!!

SCAM company do NOT buy anything...I bought 4 cameras none of them worked I called them they settled with me for we a credit of 88$ which I never received - scam do not order these cameras

Absolutely appalling company, the camera did not work, then trying to get a refund is like pushing water uphill. First they offer a 25% refund, then 50% then 75% (and you can keep the camera). I said no I wanted my money back, then they want me to send it back (at my cost) with tracking before they can refund. My advice stay away from this company

Purchased 3 cameras, none of them will connect to wifi, they wont turn off or reset. Spent hours trying to install and still no joy, total waste of time and money, they gave me 25% refund and i kept the cameras, as i found out after purchase they come from China,watched numerous videos on line of how to connect but nothing works. would recommend you stay well clear.

I have been fighting with them for a refund since 3/19/25. I have 24 emails and minimum 3 phones calls invested in this effort. Perhaps the FTC would be interested. This company is definitely a scam. Save your money and buy something else.

Awful company, don’t use them. If you want the product go to Amazon. Setup automatic payments, add offers and you can’t remove them!!!

They automatically duplicated items to my order. When I saw this on my bank account I called customer support to cancel. They were unable to cancel as it was out for delivery, immediately after submitting the order. Tracking number is supposed to be sent 24 hours after purchasing. Four days later, still out for delivery with no tracking number and it hasn't been shipped. I told them it's senseless to ship it when I'm going to return it unopened. Should have read reviews before ordering! I'm thankful for the negative reviews on the bad quality of the products. Now I know I won't be missing out from not opening the box when/if it arrives.

Die dazugehörige App verbindet sich nicht mit der Kamera. Ich habe um einen Rücksendeschein gebeten und mein Geld zurück gefordert. Die Mails gingen hin und her. Am Ende ist meine Bestellung mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse nicht bekannt. Ich habe dann mit Anzeige gedroht und dann kam gar nichts mehr. Hätte ich diese negativen Bewertungen eher gesehen hätte ich gar nicht erst bestellt. Leute, Finger weg, das sind Betrüger.

I wish I was able to give no star and wish I had reviewed this site rather than others before buying.
What an absolute waste of money.
Bought 3, wasn't able to install 3 at the same time. Took me 2 days to try to install a couple.
No wide screen. No night time viewing.
Batteries charged for 2 days to allegedly full power. Brought one up 3 flights of stairs to install, took an hour to position. At end of process, battery dead.
Can't think of anything positive to say about this product. Total scam. Total misguiding advertising. Please do not believe any positive reviews, this really is a dud product and utter waste of money. Bought to help an elderly couple but failed them with my poor choice from false review

Die Kamera lässt sich nicht mit dem Haus WLAN verbinden, obwohl alles richtig eingegeben wurde. Dies wurde auch schon in einem anderen Haus versucht, es war auch nicht möglich. Der Lieferant meldet sich nicht auf meine Mails, das wiederum bedeutet, dass der Service unterirdisch ist. Die App ist voll mit Werbung und nicht übersichtlich. Ich kann nur von dem Produkt abraten.

AVOID. Absolute Con-artists. Much like other reviews, they make it very difficult to return products and don’t refund PayPal as they attest in their emails. AVOID at all costs

I did not receive the camera I ordered AND I did not receive a refund. This company seems to be a FRAUD.

I HAD 3 CASES FOR YOU TO LOOK AT AND YOU COULD NOT HELP ME GET MY REFUND. I BOUGHT 3 ITEMS FROM SPYFOCUS AND I COULD NOT GET THEM TO WORK. I RETURNED THEM PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM SPYFOCUS.. SPY SAID THEY REFUND MONEY TO PAYAL. PAYPAL NEVER RECEIVE REFUND. I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF YOUR AGENTS PAYPAL COULD GET MY REFUND. NOW 4-4-25 I GET EMAIL SAYING YOU COULD NOT HELP. THIS IS NOT FAIR I PAID FOR THESE ITEMS AND THEN I RETURNED THEM AND NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. SPYFOCUS SAID THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY TO PAYPAL 3-5-25. PAYPAL SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT.

SPYFOCUS LIED AND CHEATED ME OUT OF MY REFUN($265.00).

Be wary. I thought this was a scam and previously wrote a review as such. I did not expect to receive the product but it arrived today. I will say that the product is not to my liking and the website is tricky and forces you to buy more than you want. Complicated setup instructions, for me anyways. The cost was double what I expected and the app gets very poor reviews. Given that I thought was a scam ( the upselling is) I received a very quick refund through PayPal. Much appreciated. As I did not lose any money, I will return product to company. I will buy a camera(s) from known reputable companies.

This company is a fraud. I browsed their website and was interested to try one camera at $39. After taking my adress and going through PayPal, I was unable to checkout so I never confirmed the order. Trying to get out of the site, I was redirected to add-ons. What actually happened is that they triggered an automatic payment scheme whereby they billed me for 417$ of products I never ordered. Had I not turned off my computer God knows how much more they would bill me. When I called PayPal, they canceled the automatic payment with the company. Still under investigation for over a month now. I hope PayPal will honor refunding me and inspect such companies before being a front for them

A scam-the product never arrived. I tried to work with the “staff”, but they would not help. I finally had to ask PayPal for a refund, which they did.

A painful experience.

This is a fraudulent company. I made two purchases on March 8 and never received orders, and they didn't have any record when I contacted them directly. I was asked to provide proof with screenshots. I immediately called PayPal, and a generic letter was sent to PayPal stating there is no overnight delivery (it has been 17 days waiting) and the customer will have to be patient and that delivery is on its way (another stall). A week later, and still no delivery. I can only hope PayPal is legitimate and to refund. No, this is a scam. The score is less than 1 star.

Spy focus don’t deserve even 1 star.. it’s just that there is no option for 0 stars 🙄.

Avoid like the plague! This is a scam. You don’t receive a customer number, a date for shipping and their customer service email, is just there to trick people into thinking they are legitimate. Please please don’t give these people another opportunity to steal your money!
Not only have I not received any goods.. after nearly a month, but have had no communication from them despite emails sent. They also charged me extra for a product I didn’t want. I have contacted the fraud team to investigate.

Ordered on 5th March.Then immediately tried to cancel to which they said it had gone to packing and couldn’t cancel order.I was then told it was on its way asked for proof.Gave me a number and told me it would be with me within 7 days.On tracking it said it was waiting to be picked up by carrier in China.7 Days later no change.So asked for money back twice they said they had sent it.Today finally got it back in my PayPal account but have had such a FIGHT. MAKE SURE ANY EMAILS ARE PHOTO SHOT FOR EVIDENCE.THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE STOPPED AND BEWARE THEY HAD SET UP AN AUTOMATED PAYMENT SYSTEM THAT I NEW NOTHING ABOUT.A company called REACH took payment on there behalf.
