The order in question is for the article "BMW F20 F30 F36 B47 TRANSMISSAO AUT GA8HP50Z," and the payment was made promptly on the same day via bank transfer.

Despite sending many inquiries , I have not received any substantial or honest information about the status of my order. As a valued customer, I am concerned about the delay and the lack of transparency in communication.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the urgency of this matter lies in the fact that I require the ordered product for an essential maintenance task on my vehicle. Therefore, I kindly request your prompt attention to the following queries:

Can you provide me with an updated status on the processing and dispatch of my order?
What is the estimated deadline for shipping the product?
Could you please share the expected shipping date, allowing me to plan accordingly?

I placed an order on 11/11/2023 and they have never sent the item , the order was about 900 euros. I tried to contact them in many ways but noone answered!

I am writing to follow up on my refund request for the ID S28060188258, regarding the order 378214. I originally placed the order on 30/07 and as the product was unavailable, a refund process started on 11/08.

It has been three weeks since I made my request, and I have not yet received a refund. I am starting to feel uneasy about this situation, as I have not received any updates on the status of my refund.

The refund should have been made within a reasonable time frame, and I believe that two weeks is more than enough time.

I understand that this is not an huge amount of money, but I believe that this type of conduct is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

The company alleges that the refund as been made, but in my bank nothing was received till this moment.

Here is my order number Upfront 370112 so they don't try to flag my review again because "they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience".

Long short story, I got scammed exactly the same way others did here.

On the 17th June I placed an order for a spare tire that was well priced, couple days after I sent an email and a text to a whatsaap phone number they have on their site asking for an update on my order. They took about 2 days to get back to me to only say that I need to wait, then about a week after I emailed and texted again asking for an update, they never answered my texts on whatsaap even though it shows the last time they were connected, later after that they only answer my emails saying:

"Hello. We have a one problem with your order. Our system misscalculated the delivery price. Correct DHL delivery price is 150eur, and we have question are you will be interested to pay extra for delivery + 100eur. Waiting for your answer"

Who the fuc% does this? Make you wait, not answering you after the first few days to then say that prices got miscalculated?

(I know there's some bad grammar there, I copied and pasted they exact email text they sent me)

Oh and another thing:

-There's about four spare tires available on their site of the ones I was looking for, and right after I placed my order they changed all the prices of those four available, they went up real quick.

So yeah guys, this is insane that not only me but a couple more people went or are going through the same SCAM!... please be careful.

It looks like their tactic is to get your MONEY, answer your emails or whatsaap messages only the first few days, and then just ignore you until you give up or something.

I wish I checked these reviews before proceeding with my order, not that I'm loosing money, just time. I'm glad my bank has a good insurance and they are returning all the money, but I'm also mad because these suckers are getting away with this.

I can't lie their site looks so legit, but, please be careful, I hope everyone can check out this review before buying anything through this pieces of shi#. Srotas24, KARMA is coming ;)

Sent damaged part, missing other parts from main part. In photos shown like new, came damaged and missing some parts. Did not return money nor missing parts. FRAUDS.

No, item, NO REFUND, no money.
I am trying to receive my money back about 3 month.
I ordered (Order number 341123) Spoiler for the Porsche Cayenne Coupe and paid 274Euro, which is below the market and paid my attention on it made attractive the potential deal.
After they contacted me and wrote that is was a mistake in calculations of the shipment from their side and I have to add 150 Euro more for the shipment or cancel the order. I agreed to pay and made bank transfer on 02/02/2023. It was the first signal they are swindlers.
Then they wrote that they can't make a shipment at all, because of the sizes and they cancelled the order and make a refund. It was the second signal.
After they played for the time for a month and started totally ignore me. No contact at all. And it was the third signal they are swindlers.
They do not have PayPal account, not to make you able to refund the money by the clame.
I wrote about 10 letters, made a lot of calls to them for the refund. No correct answer when they make refund. Just, playing for the time and hope that you give up and stop to call or write them with the following answers:
- "I passed to my colleague",
- "We will make refund ASAP",
- "We make refund after return the item to the supplier",
- "We will make refund in two weeks" and other lies.

They keep the contact not to be charged in fraud, but no real information about refund and the date of the refund.
I don't want to publish the transfer documents and letter, but ready to send it to "Trustpilot" website administration.
The scheme is the following:
1.) They made a website to collect money from customers,
2.) After they will ignore you until you give up and stop send requests for refund.
3.) No Customer service, no responsibility.
Fake website to collect your money. SWINDLERS!
BE CAREFUL! Do not repeat my bad experience.

Fast delivery to Germany within 3 days. Part was cheap and as expected.

Wir haben auf Grund positiver Bewertungen bei Trustpilot dort eine gebrauchte Standheizung bestellt.Lieferzeit war angegeben mit 3-5 Tagen. Nach 2 Wochen haben wir zum ersten Mal gefragt, wo die Ware bliebe: Die Ware wäre unterwegs zum Lager. Nach 3 Wochen erneute Nachfrage und die bitte um Stornierung. Antwort: Dann würden Sie 20 Prozent Stornierungskosten behalten.
Ware ist natürlich nicht angekommen, ebenso wie das Geld. Dringend möchten wir davon abraten dort zu bestellen.

Deliver somewhere 30 days promised 2-3 days.
They ended up sending me a part that didn't work.
As for the return of the goods, they say the return time has passed.
I don't recommend buying anything from there.

Got damaged while delivering, damage was like someone used sharp tool to make intentional damage.

They didn't have the item I ordered and paid for(it was listed as being in stock). I filled out the return form twice but didnt get any response, after contacting their support I still didn't receive my money back 2 months later.
