My account was accidentally set to auto-renewal and I was billed for a product I no longer needed. Myra was effective and efficient to assist me getting a full refund.

I went through several plan changes with my code signing certificate order — from OV to EV and back to OV — and the support team handled every single change with incredible patience and professionalism.

Ana was my first point of contact and processed multiple cancellations and account credits promptly, even when one required coordination with the Billing Team due to the amount involved. Not once did she make me feel like I was being difficult, even though I kept changing my mind. She was responsive, clear in her communication, and always made sure I understood the next steps.

Crisanto took over midway and picked up right where Ana left off — he carefully reviewed the entire chat history before jumping in. When I had a technical question about EV vs OV certificates, he escalated it to his team and came back with a confirmed answer within 24 hours. He also coordinated with Billing to get my remaining credit refunded to my card, and arranged for the Validation Team to reuse my previously submitted documents so I didn't have to start over.
