The prompt and helpful reply when asking a question. The parcel arrived exactly when advised. Beautifully presented and wrapped. As one of the bundles was a birthday gift. The envelope was marked so it didn't need to be unwrapped. Little things make a big difference. The socks good quality. If you are going to give socks as a gift. Give them in a way that means you have given the person some thought. Will definitely be ordering again.

Lovely bright socks in a huge range of sizes which is fab for women who need a larger size and usually have to purchase from the mens range.
Very prompt delivery, well packaged and nicely presented in their own individual boxes.
I would love to see these ranges or something similar in a 100% cotton range.

How about enabling a customer to add a message with their order 🤔 My order was a gift for my brother and when the socks arrived, he didnt know who they were from 😂 (M&S provide this option when a customer orders a gift to be sent 😉)

Great socks and funky design

I wanted something different to give to my wife and daughter for their birthdays and these colourful socks are fun. Just right for my purpose and they were well received. There are a couple more birthdays later in the year and I will be buying more socks.

Saw these on BBC Breakfast, immediately went online and ordered socks for myself, husband and gift for my brother. Lovely packaging ideal for gifting which also shares the story. Nice quality socks with stand out designs. Inspiring story, well worth everyone’s attention, respect and support. I have a physical but non-visible disability and have struggled all my life with a lack of understanding, appreciation and empathy - if you’re reading this and in a position to support them and others like myself please do.
