Understaffed and overcharged
The office was understaffed (not the people who were working's fault), but having the salesperson do the diagnostic exam was less than desirable. I also paid an extra $60 for an appointment with an actual doctor that has not been set. So, out of money, my eye issue has not been addressed but someone who sales frames took a look at it.

Wrong Prescription
Very nice staff, very clean environment, but my prescription is wrong. I will be returning the glasses I purchased as they don’t help me see far at all.

My glasses are not correct. They make me dizzy never even wear them. I just keep wearing my old glasses

Very impersonal. Staff not friendly. Felt like a number. Doctor never talked to me about my preferences. Just filled my prescription without talking to me. Never even saw him/her.

When I called and made the appointment I was told 79.99 and glasses the same day. 79.99 buy one get one free special. There was none of that. I paid 270.00 for a single pair and didn’t get them for two weeks
