Efficient, effective and quick

I had trouble with picking out another frame and the manger there help me out.

It was quick and easy glasses the same day and reasonably priced also would definitely recommend

Every time I have visited Stanton Optical I have waited an annoying amount of time to be seen. First time it took 3 hours just to get an eye exam and to be handed my prescription, I had to complain to this manager and what do you know, my prescription magically appeared in 2 minutes. It was underneath a pile of folders and they forgot about it. This last time I had to wait about 45 minutes to pickup my glasses because one of the managers decided to have a scolding conversation with an employee in the middle of a rush instead of sending someone over to help me and the line behind me. Then I was directed to wait in another line to get my glasses fitted. Waste of time and $$$

I had a great experience glasses were ready same day

I am using the microphone on this to write this because I cannot see. I just got new contacts. As I explained to them before I left, I can see it a distance, but I cannot see anything up close. As of today, nothing has changed and it’s day five, and just to semi-function at work. I am now having to wear both the contacts and my old glasses to see the computer after paying $1000 for me and my husband who also was experiencing now the same issue with his new pair of glasses so we are having to go back in tomorrow to find out what is going on. The people are nice, but my eyes are not getting fixed and everything‘s worse. I have never had this happen in the many years that I’ve used glasses or my husband has worn his for 35 years. I need to be able to comfortably sit in front of a computer as I mentioned for over 16 hours a day due to both my work and my academics. This didn’t even allow me to function in my work job experience for one day properly and it’s compromised my ability to function now in my career.

Love the glasses but the telehealth person was pushy and rude!

Mea and the other staff were amazing super helpful I went in feeling entirely dumb about the corrective lenses to feeling educated and confident after working with them.

Excellent customer service - friendly, informative, and prompt.

The staff was great and patient all my questions were answered they said my glasses would be delivered and certain day but it was in late about 4 days later

I was able to make the appointment quickly, and the staff were really friendly!

What a horrible experience! Where did I start? My eyes have been hurting and all I wanted was to have a Dr. Look at my eyes, prescribe me glasses so I could see and I guess I did kind of receive that. The process wasn't good from the beginning. Thursday I booked my appointment I screenshoted my appointment so I wouldn't forget. I left work 2.5 hours early so I I could make this appointment. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. A young woman was able to get me in that was great. While waiting to be seen I overheard the manager Alex speaking very rudely to his employees I was shocked at how he addressed them. While waiting I read a sign that this was a telehealth appointment I was surprised that there was not a real live doctor to do the exam. There was a young woman who walked me through a series of tests then put me in another small room where a telehealth Dr whom appeared to be very young, seriously I questioned who this young man was. He had me look through a series of lenses had me tell him which lenses were better what letters I could see. Upon completion of the exam he stated that someone would be in to move the machine and I could then look for my frames. I waited 20-30 minutes before I moved the machine myself and left the room asking if I could exit the exam room. The staff were all sitting behind the front desk having a personal conversation and one of the apologized that they had forgotten me. When I went into the showroom once again I hear the manager speaking to an employee telling her that he is sick of all the stupid questions he is receiving and if people ask a stupid question they will be given a stupid answer. There was nothing kind or professional that this man said. When he approached me and asked if I was aware of how the pricing worked he pointed out the sigh and showed me the BOGO deal for 79.00. I told him I was aware and he said if I needed any help to let him know. I really had no desire to speak with him but asked if I could use the bathroom. I had been holding for quite some time at this point and he told me NO we don't have a bathroom, I replied to him yes you do, and he said no we don't it is broken. Really? He said I have no reason to lie. I simply replied ok sure. My thought I am not someone walking in off the street I was there paying for a service. But ok, I find my frames the BOGO 79.00 frames and go to an available young woman. She was very calm and pleasant. She pulled up my prescription and went over it with me. She says the reading glass part is a 1.5 magnification I wear reading glasses daily and they are 2.75-3.0 so this made me again question the very young “Dr.” And proceeds to give me a quote of nearly $400! What in the!!! I booked this appointment because the website says free exam with purchase of frames and receive them the same day. This is the only reason I didn't walk out earlier! She apologized and said that the 79.00 BOGO special is for single lense glasses not progressive bifocals with no glare and transitions. But that is not what their advertising says, the advertising signs state 79.00 BOGO. It does not state for single lense glasses or not valid for all prescriptions which again I feel is false advertising. She did tell me transitions were a little more, prior to the nearly $400.00 price tag. I told the girl that I was not happy with the price and told her I just wanted the one pair she wrung it up and told me that I would receive my glasses in 10-14 days. Again I went there because it said on the website receive your glasses the same day. I told her my eyes hurt I need to go home with something so I am not straining to see. So I asked her could I get the other glasses without transitions so I could get them right away. She gave me a price…. I had to use the bathroom…. I gave her my card she hands me my receipt and informs me I will receive both pair in 10-14 days! WTH! My eyes hurt and I had to use the bathroom I was feeling like the advertising was deceitful none of it was what was represented. My visit was over $350.00 and I still was not allowed to use a bathroom! I am so upset all I want is my money back and they can keep their glasses! I would never recommend this business!

EXCELLENT customer service, Quality exams, Large selection of frames, Cleanliness, Great price, and FOLLOW UP on ANY concern you have!! AND they make sure you can SEE well after you get your glasses!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!
