The service was incredible. The staff helped me find frames I liked better than what I was going to pick. They fit me in as a walk in for an eye exam to get a new prescription and managed to get me a new pair of prescription glasses in my hands same day.

I live in El Paso Texas and ordered my contacts from the store in El Paso initially; however, my contacts were sent to college station Texas. I have no idea why when my whole profile shows I live here in El Paso. Hopefully I don't have to wait another month to get my contacts which have run out.

Good service, worth the wait.
They were able to give me a prescription and new frames same day but it did take around an hour to get everything done, and that is with another person also getting an exam. If there is more than one other person it may take longer.

Staff was slow to do everything
Staff was slow to do everything. It took 30 mins or longer to be seen then I mentioned ive been there for a hr and they still made me wait. The store wasn’t even busy. The one lady that was actually going to do my check-in finally saw me. She didn’t even have anyone their then they had me see a online doctor. Rude staff. They ordered 6 pack of contacts for me sent me an email for the tracking then told me that I couldnt have it. It was for them.

I was given an upsell to the progressive lenses, which I really didn't want, don't need, and they don't work.
But that is my fault for being so gullible.
I will be going back tomorrow and hopefully be able to return them.

Good result, friendly folks, but very limited selection for good deal
The people were friendly and I can see very well with my new glasses. It was frustrating that the website advertised $135 for two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses and then with some upsell choices I was looking at over $400 for one pair. I ended up picking from the the very cheapest frames to get back down to $200 for two pair, but I was disappointed by the frame selection. I might have gone somewhere else but I would have been charged $118 for just the eye exam. The eye doctor is remote so you don't get your eyes dilated and probably shouldn't do this every time.
