The experience
The experience was great, but the pricing posted is deceptive. You advertised two pairs of glasses on the wall between $79 and $279 but when it came down to it, I had to pay $900 for the pair of glasses that I needed. The pricing on the wall is just for the frames, but you are led to believe that will be the overall price of the glasses when your associate speaks to you at first.

Very interesting visit
The front desk girl was super nice. The girl who did my eye exam didn’t know how to run an eye machine and had to go ask the front desk girl. They were out of stock on my trial contact lenses. When I went in to pick up my order for glasses and contact lenses, I asked for the trial contact lenses and they only had one eye in stock. I declined politely, because what was one eye going to do for me? Now if the contact lenses don’t fit properly or vision isn’t set properly, I sure hope they refund me properly!

My first experience met with misfortune when my eye wear was lost, or misplaced, while being made.
However, management took care of my order and provided me with glasses quickly, along with finding my lost order later.
After returning to Stanton for another pair of glasses, I found a very satisfactory checkup experience and quick turn around with my new coming in less than a week.
Store was very clean and all personal were very friendly.

I was told could not get 2nd pair due to insurance
The fact that I had insurance and could not participate in the 2nd pair of glasses was a bommer, but I did get my glasses and I am very please at the service and the product.
