I just visited this location and let me tell you, absolutely the best experience I have EVER had when taking my kiddo to get glasses!! We were a walk-in and their system was down, no biggie, when it came back up they got us right in. I can not express how great the entire staff was with my child! Stephen(If I remember correctly) was especially awesome, through all of the pre- exam steps, even when she was being a tad difficult because she was scared of the puff of air, he was so sweet and patient her. Then she had to have a redo on her actual exam and again he was so patient and sweet through the whole process. We live over an 1 1/2hrs away and will be using this location from now on! Oh and YES! The exam and 2 for $79, is exactly $79 for single vision glasses! Not once did they try to up-sale like other places we have been to over the years.

Unorganized, long visit, with no help
Employees were kind of all over the place, not very knowledgeable. While the visit took over an hour, felt rushed by employees. Help wasn't offered when shopping around for frames and wasn't offered to fit the glasses when we picked up.

Amazing service
Amazing service! The entire team was highly professional. Vision test was fast and used top-of-the-line equipment. New glasses in 30 minutes! 2 pair for $79. I am blown away!!

Friendly staff, cleanliness of the area
Upon arrival, I'm greeted right away with a smile and then service immediately. There's no lines, a few people there. They ask you tell them what you're looking for or need and immediately clerks are on it. I haven't had a eye exam by a doctor as I bring in my scripts in to fill.

Stanton Optical is Worthless
Provided a clearly written prescription to staff - provided me with glasses with the wrong prescription twice. Staff could not figure out what it would take to fill my prescription. Worst quality and customer service I have ever experienced.

Only 1 person working and he was late
Only 1 person trying to help multiple walk ins as well as appointments. Waited 30 minutes for the building to open to pick up my glasses and he didn’t show. Came back later and it took another 30 minutes cause he was doing the job of 4 people.

Very friendly, excellent customer service, and I was in desperate need of new glasses as my recent pair broke, I was able to get an eye exam and 2 new pairs of glasses that same day as a walk in! Very much recommended, will be going back. :)
