the entire process was great, need a bit more service on delivery
the entire process was great, fast, and efficient. No need to have to wait weeks for an appt. The only thing I would change is I wish there was a bit more assistance with the actual delivery of the glasses. They're pretty much here's your glasses. No real adjustments made. I have to go back now because they are too tight.

Staff is very friendly. ( Janie ) did an amazing job with my eye measurements. When my glasses came in and I tried them on. Omg!!!!! Everything was Spot On. I saw everything so clearly. Never like before. I feel like I have better than 20/20 vision.

The staff was very patient and very helpful. Even though they got very busy, I noticed they still took the time to provide great customer service to the customers in a timely manner. Belinda was incredible, showing options and being very respectful.

It’s clear to see this place is great!
My experience was nothing short of amazing. This is the first time I’ve ever had an exam and I felt comfortable and well informed throughout the entirety of the process.
When it came to actually picking out my frames and options Belinda was absolutely wonderful. She was absolutely sweet and helpful no matter the question I had or service I needed. She even took the time to begin making my glasses as soon as I finished picking them out. WOW talk about customer service. I can’t recommend this business, or thank Belinda enough!

Belinda was really great
Belinda was really great! She helped me pick the right lenses for my glasses and got me a great deal. I was a little disappointed when I went to pick them up I expected them to sit with me and make sure they fit properly but it was very rushed and just like here are your glasses, that’s it. When I picked them up it was a male not Belinda, as I mentioned earlier she was 10/10
