They made my lenses wrong
They made my lenses wrong. They want to fix one at a time so I have to drive 20 miles each way twice to get both pair of glasses assuming they do it right this time.
So you don’t take responsibility for your mistakes. How am I supposed to live with that?

Everyone was very nice
Everyone was very nice. I was in and out pretty quick. However, I felt like I was kind of “pushed” into the eye exam. The selection of frames wasn’t that great. The fact that the optician was not in house was absolutely mind boggling to me. Not sure I’ll go back.

I had an issue with my eye and had lost…
I had an issue with my eye and had lost my glasses. They had me 2 (super cute) pairs made in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Not Happy with the delay or the RX
I FINALLY got my glasses and the prescription doesn't seem to be correct. I am in Nebraska and I went to the store in Gainesville, FL while I was on vacation. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get my first pair and I am waiting on them to ship my 2nd pair today. $856 later I still can't use my glasses every day. I am back to my Walmart readers.

Last minute appointment with great results
I did this appointment SUPER last minute and even had to push the appointment back a few minutes because my previous appointment ran late. Once I got there the process was explained really well and it went very quickly. The dr was telehealth but he did an amazing job getting my vision really clear. The best part of all. I needed to have my order fairly quickly, the sales person was very honest and said 7 to 10 business days. Well I got a call and they are ready for pick up JUST IN TIME for me!!! I now have perscription sunglasses for my CRUISE! So over the moon with everything. Thank you guys!

Excellent knowledge, answered all questions personal experience yet very professional. Really went extra mile to be sure fit & vision were accurate. I wear progressive trifocals and am a challenge. The experience was great, I would very highly recommend them to all. Excellent selection, service and affordable quality glasses!!

Good people work there
The young lady who was there today 4/03 understood that my computer glasses were not set for the right distance and changed the prescription while I was there so that it was perfect. She really knows what she is doing. GREAT service.

Not the best experience
My glasses were ready for several days without a call, text, or email. I called to check on the status and found out that they have been sitting at the office. When I pick them up, I am told to talk to a doctor on the screen. The connection was so bad that I could not hear a word he was saying. He then gave me a thumbs up, and I did too, and I guess we were done, but my in-person rep was off somewhere else. I waited for a moment to see if I had to do anything, and when he did not come back, I left. The glasses are uncomfortable, but I did not know when the clerk would be back to discuss it with me. I will never go back to this location.
