None of my glasses were ever received
None of my glasses were ever received. I got a notification that my glasses were ready for pick up even called before driving a hour there they stated they were there. We arrived they were not ready lady did not want to deal with us at all decided to sit down til we got her attention to figure out options then waited for her to get up to just breathe hard and said there was nothing she can do. So got home I decide to call and got ahold of the manager which he was very police and offered to overnight my glasses to me the glasses arrived the next day but the lens were in backwards. I decided to take my prescription and go to ran bans they were shipped to me in a few days. Still have yet to hear about my other two glasses it's been 3 weeks or so. Called them up guy was rude but offered me a refund. I was really disappointed in how we were treated now the nurses and drs are absolutely AMAZING. But as far as actually getting what you pay for HUGE pass will not make this mistake again.

Exam went good and got text to pick up…
Exam went good and got text to pick up glasses. Went in to the counter. Three people working. Not one spoke to me for twenty minutes. Then one ask what I needed and I said just pick up a pair of glasses and he said ok and picked up the phone and talked to someone for ten more minutes. Finally got off the phone and got my glasses and put someone on a screen and I didn’t know what I was supposed to do because he walked away. Finally got them and got out. Hate waiting and would be nice if they would say “ be with you in a moment or at least nod or hold a finger up just to show they will help.

Get rid of the virtual exam
Get rid of the virtual exam. It sucks. The Dr was extremely difficult to understand, obviously English was not her first language which I have no problem with. However I do when I spent my entire exam saying I'm sorry I can't understand you what is it you need me to do, which was frustrating beyond belief. On top of that you're still charging full price for an exam with a Dr that doesn't ask any questions or know anything about your needs and with the language barrier, isn't going to get better.
I will not have another exam there.
