The people who works there. Mrs. Darling was one and it was another man in there with her didn’t get his name but he was very nice and helpful. He tightened up the glasses I wore to pick up my new glasses. You are welcomed with a smile and a helpful attitude. Mrs. Darling was very sweet and kind when I went to pick up my glasses. She took her time with me to make sure everything fit right and that I had no problem seeing through the lenses. I was very pleased with my services that I received. Thank you

The women who originally waiting on me were very good in and helping me and ordering my glasses. When I picked them up the pink pair fit well everything was good. The oversized blue glassed were loose so the male technician said that he could tighten them. Instead of tightening the temples he went ahead and bent the frame chassis. I did not realize till wearing them several times that they were crooked and hurt the bridge of my nose. I need to go out there to the store and see if he can fix them or put my lenses into another frame. I previously sent you a review regarding this. My phone number is 904-716-1179. Please advise.

The manager was very helpful with my eyeglass choice and made the experience even better because I needed something specific and he was able to give me answers and point me in the direction quickly. The entire experience was great. My lenses were done in about 4 hrs and the fitting process was quick and easy. Every employee I encountered there was helpful and friendly.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service, delayed services and now the wrong RX!

Everyone was so nice and kind! My husband and I both got our eye exams and ordered 2 pairs of glasses. I was having a hard time trying to find good frames that I liked and the lady there picked out 2 for me. Her recommendations were amazing! Would definitely recommend this location and business for anyone who needs an exam or new glasses.

The service, the people, even the doctor was great the only problem and the reason why I give this 4 stars is because I never got an email notification or phone call my glasses were ready. I personally had to call them just to find out my glasses had been there waiting for pickup 2 days prior

Unprofessional, inpatient, no attention to detail. Called to say order ready only to get there and nothing ready. Telling the customer they are wrong about their eyecare history! Yes, this all happened and by the time I got to the manager, he did his best to smooth everything over. I had better experiences at Walmart Vision. Do better and respect the paying customer!

The staff is always friendly and professional. They repaired my glasses and ordered my new glasses in one visit. Within two weeks I picked up my new glasses and the staff made sure they fit well and the prescriptions were correct. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We were in town on vacation and my 13 year lost her prescription glasses in tge ocean. And she has really bad vision so we couldn't wait the 3 days for us to get home to her spare pair. Stanton helped right away. Very helpful and knowledge-able. Took less then an hour to make her a pair. So within 2 hours she had another pair and was back at the beach. Would refer Stanton Optical to anyone and everyone. Very fast. Had another pair in less then an hour and paid less then $200. Great prices and even better customer service. Great experience!

The staff was phenomenal. They were courteous, professional, and helped me pick the perfect frames.

The attention was excellent they are very professional but it seems to me that the test time of the glasses is very short I think I needed a review of my glasses I can see very well from afar but up close the formula was not good

Exceptional service!! The gentleman had a client before but welcomed me and asked me to look around for frames. I had an appt but didn't mind waiting because he was so attentive.

Paid a lot of money for suboptimal experience and product. One of my frames the more expensive one was missing when I picked up my glasses.
I should have just paid for the exam and taken my rx online. They do telehealth and the person who fits the glasses is remote as well only sales people are at the store. The selection of frames sucked as well. Very unhappy with my purchase and I'm screwed trying to get money back.

I’ve been coming to Stanton Optical since I was in high school back when they were MyEyeLab. I’m currently 23 years old. I had to replace my glasses yesterday and got played and I don’t appreciate it!! I understand that sales people have a job to do but if you have a promotion that’s 2 pairs of eyeglasses for $79 why are you trying to charge me $139? The lady name was Carolina and she said “oh you have astigmatism and your prescription is stronger” IVE NEVER HAD THAT IN MY LIFE. And no they didn’t do another exam they used the exact prescription from a year ago. I called another location and had them pull up my info and asked if my prescription qualified for the promo he said YES. I would just have to find a frame big enough to hold my prescription. I only wear big frames anyway so why the mark up? Why do that to someone? I’m a loyal customer, I’ve been coming to Stanton and Stanton only for more than 5 years straight. And this isn’t the first time something like that has happened. Very unsatisfied!!!!
