The representative was very pleasant. She was efficient and knowledgeable. Glasses were ready the day after we dropped off the prescription. The price after insurance was very reasonable.

They said they couldn’t do my eye exam
They said they couldn’t do my eye exam. Suggested I go to the Target eye doctor to get my prescription. I did and brought them the prescription. After 2 weeks when my glasses arrived they made my sight blurry. They said I had to find the sweet spot to see. I now have to pay for a new eye exam and get a new prescription. I am not happy.

Andrew was fantastic. So helpful from the start and continued to provide the best customer service throughout my visits.
The selection of frames is nice and everything has a fairly quick turn over to receive.

I was in need of eyeglasses because I lost mine and I needed them quickly because I was going to be driving the next day on I-295. I was there at opening. I selected 2 pair of frames. The lady clerk helped me select ones. She said they would be ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:10 and both were ready. They checked to make sure the glasses fit me correctly. Everyone was was pleasant and professional. I will be returning next year if I need new glasses. A great experience.
