Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was in town visiting family for the weekend and I forgot my glasses at home. I found this place online and they got me same day frames.

Tiffany was great in resolving the issue and I will receive the glasses around b 3 April.

I made an appointment in the morning for same day. The staff was very helpful and nice. Great selection of glasses and the 2 for 79.99 was a deal. I walked out shocked at the low cost for the exam (and all eye tests) and 2 pair of progressive lens. I would highly recommend. Oh, and my glasses came in early and I can see, again!

The experience went smooth and well. They treated my daughter very well and explained things prefectly. My only disappoint was they prepared her glasses and we did not get notified. Waited 2 hours, then finally the nice lady who give her the exam found then sitting on the counter and the girl that was supposed to let is know they were ready was no where to be seen.

Very unprofessional and rude. Never got any notification or call the glasses were ready. Frames were chipped and lenses had an odd iridescent glare to them. Let's not even comment on the sticky residue all over them. Employee basically refused to even acknowledge the chips acted as if she saw nothing. Simply kept staring at me as if I was going unsee them also. Blamed the stickiness on glue that holds the lenses in the frame. "Cleaned" them for me which did nothing. Offered nothing to rectify the situation. Only after refusing the glasses an questioned paying so much for something I wasn't happy with and didn't want. I was told I could get a partial refund on glasses that I never even walked out of the store with. Still have no glasses an out over $300. Very disappointed.

The staff was awesome. We found some frames at a good price. We are satisfied with our purchase ...we can see!

The people are pleasant, willing to assist you, smiles just all around gaining trust so that I allow them to do what I need done! These words don't even touch the magnitude of their work ethics! Even Tiffany-Brand Mgr. Who waited on me, she's a keeper; they ALL are keepers!

Me and my husband had a great experience there. Between all the staff and the ease of picking out glasses.

Overall, a good experience. Everyone was very nice. Chantel in particular was very knowledgeable and nice. I had an appointment, but I did wait almost half an hour to be seen. It wasn't busy, so the wait was a bit long.

I had a great experience with Stanton Optical! The eye examination was thorough, professional, and very informative. The staff took their time explaining everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

What really stood out to me was their efficiency and commitment to customer service. They made sure my glasses were prepared on time just as promised, and the quality was excellent. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

When you have an appointment at 11.30am and they tell you that there is one person before me.Then an hour and half later they call you. Why I watch 10 or people come and go while I was waiting. My time is valuable also. So when you ask me to be there at a certain time I have a problem.

There aren’t enough stars to give thanks to the employees who took care of me yesterday. I wish I had caught their names and positions to thank them personally. I was greeted immediately and love my glasses I got last year so much I asked to have my two pairs get new lenses. Since I was picking up new glasses I assumed I would have to give up the ones I really love for a week or so, but no, a technician/optometry specialist was able to give me updated lenses while I waited (incredibly fast!) when (I think the manager) saw how unhappy I was with the new frames I selected, she said no problem! Swap them out for ones you love. Another sales assistant and brought me the pair I selected. While I was there I also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses. At the end of the visit they let me keep the glasses I was unhappy with, I was shocked. I actually gratefully appreciate it. I’m keeping them as my bedroom end table glasses since there is nothing wrong with them, I just didn’t like the way the looked. I have never ever received such outstanding customer service, anywhere! No one checked the fit when I picked up. The glasses are not as “clear vision” as I experienced during the test or in the one level glasses made for me at the store leaving me to wonder if they failed to get the transition lines correct. I may bring them back.

All the employees were extremely nice. Explained and helped me with every step I had to take. Helped me with the budget I had and made sure I was still able to get what I needed for my Glasses. This was my second time getting an exam and purchasing glasses from Stanton Optical. Love the environment, vibe, employees and products. Thank you!
