Honestly, it was a complete disaster from the beginning! I made an appointment with my husband, and unfortunately, this location messed up his prescription even after testing. Then I took the same test, and it kept saying I couldn’t see as well, and the test wasn’t quite right. Through the Riga-Maroo, they assured us we would have better sight with the ordered glasses or contacts, but they were worse! I spent over $300 for worse vision than when I started, not to mention paying for the tests and basically buying a set of glasses with lenses that don’t work. I went to your competitor, America’s Best, and had no issues. I told them about my experience, and I had been going to them for 2 years before my husband. My husband went there back in 2021, and they said not only had his prescription not changed after testing, but they gave us a great deal on 6 months of contacts for him and two sets of glasses. Poorly trained individuals and/or a problematic system that doesn’t value the customer’s thoughts is what’s wrong with this situation, and I will NEVER share your company’s name with anyone. Especially after going back and repeating that these don’t feel right. My husband, when he left, said it was blurrier than when he walked in. The manager, though kind, said the correct ones were in another location, and after days of requesting them or even offering to drive over there, nobody would answer the phone from the Farmers Branch location or for me or the Lewisville location. This is truly unbelievable and will be treated as such. The follow up question should be why were these individuals at the Lewisville location not held to a better standard and though my husband asked for some contacts to hold him over until trial pairs came in. Why did the responsibility fall on us to keep following up with Lewisville just to talk to farmers branch? A reprimanding is the least of my concern.

Time
Time, recognizing there was an issue when my glasses came back and recommending that I get my eyes reexamined. There was an issue between the 1st and 2nd eye examine. Stanton fixed the glasses at no cost.

Customer service is excellent...my issue is with your product and getting my order correct and in a timely matter. My new glasses are good but my right eye is very blurry when using them especially at night. I was told the right lense would be ready by April 24th but received message yesterday now I have to wait till May 6th??? Not happy this is the 2nd time this company let me down. Hopefully they will correct this issue. Again this is not the store problem they are Great. Its the company issue fix it. Update they made me a free of charge of single lense to drive at night. They are working great to drive at night. Hopefully when my new lense comes in all issues will be resolved.

Great deals and friendly staff
Mitzie took care of me all throughout the process and everything was very nice and straightforward. Staff is really friendly and they do a great job at making the place feel very welcoming. 5/5 stars, I recommend others to come here as they deserve more customers and ratings, especially for the amazing deals they currently have going on.
