I was a walk in
I was a walk in. I was seen in about 15 minutes. Had my eye exam done and had my glasses made and to me in less then an hour. The staff where very nice and helpful. It was the only appointment I have been to that was that efficient with there work.

My 1st visit was all positive, the affordability, friendly inviting service, knowledgeable staff, positive environment to shop in, well run location with a energetic crew/team. Obviously the location has a very capable manager. Will always return there for my eyeglass needs.

Could not explain.
He could not explain why there was an extra $43 added to my bill after going in for the $79, special eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. First, he said that it was for extra equipment that they used to test my eyes and then he said it was for an added service for bifocals. Ended up just getting frustrated and paying never got a straight answer. And I still haven't received my other set of Glasses

Poor service
I got two pairs of galsses, one for reading and the other for distance. Neither one improved my vision one bit.
When I picked them up there was no fitting or adjustment offered.
I will be returning both pair.
