Could not explain.
He could not explain why there was an extra $43 added to my bill after going in for the $79, special eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. First, he said that it was for extra equipment that they used to test my eyes and then he said it was for an added service for bifocals. Ended up just getting frustrated and paying never got a straight answer. And I still haven't received my other set of Glasses

Poor service
I got two pairs of galsses, one for reading and the other for distance. Neither one improved my vision one bit.
When I picked them up there was no fitting or adjustment offered.
I will be returning both pair.

Carrie was a big help.
She got my computer glasses finished within an hour, right at the end of Stanton's business day. I was able to see clearly the next morning in my Zoom meeting.
My progressive lenses will take a week or two to be made, but that's okay. And while the frame selection in the budget range was limited, I was able to find acceptable frames for both pairs.

terrible
every single time i come to stanton, something goes wrong. this time they did not even put my order in after they said they would and ive have 2 month old contacts in my eyes because they can't get it right. that is just one of many things that have happened here. i dont know why i honestly keep coming back, hoping they'd do better. oh and a lot of the staff always have some kind of mood problem.

This was my 6th visit because the right eye on my glasses was incorrect. I finally asked for and got my money back. My entire experience was awful. Starting with the first visit that had me in a room with water dripping on me. The glasses prescription was wrong and by my 6th visit still had not been fixed.
