Eye exam was fine, but the only thing I can compare this to was being at a mechanic, went in for the 79 dollar free eye exam and 2 pair of glasses and got up charged at every turn adding tests I did... Toon meer

It's a different experience. Not bad just different
I think it's a very good business plan for people who do not have a complicated prescription or ophthalmic medical condition. The testing is fast and efficient. It would have been nice to have an explanation of my test results but maybe that can be developed down the road as the business grows. Staff was friendly and professional. Prices good.

We will never go back
We got the glasses after a month of waiting when we were told 7 days. They got the eye glasses wrong, and admitted it but would not fix it. We fought and called for 3 months and finally got someone to help but when the store called he said they could not give us a refund (promised by corporate) because he could not get a manager to be there at any given time. Glasses are needed for driving and in construction which puts me in danger for an accident. I will not be getting a refund and have to go somewhere else. This has been a horrible experience. The date is March.

The whole staff was incredible
The whole staff was incredible. Friendly smiles and inviting energy. They didn’t mind I called a million times to double check my insurance and frame benefits. I can’t remember his name, but he’s the very tall gentleman. That man was the best. Definitely be back again and again for all my optometry needs.

Went to your store to have my eyes examined and person working there started looking at my eyes and he told me he could not check my eyes because he was not a doctor he was the salesman. The ad said that they had a doctor , false advertisement. So I said when will the doctor be coming and he told me , they have no doctor . What a waste of my time

Do not recommend
I asked for my tint to be black for my sunglasses. I did not want transitions. I live in Florida. I need dark prescription sunglasses for driving. While waiting in my car for my regular prescription glasses, I noticed that my sunglasses say gray tint not black. When I went back inside to ask, I was told that is the darkest you can get for sunglasses. Unless they are transitions. They should told me that to begin with ! I tried to cancel the sunglasses but since it was two pairs for $79 , which was actually $250 with the special, it would be the same price. I definitely do not recommend
