The customer service was a 10! Brandi and staff did a great job in accommodating my eye care needs! But after at least three attempts to get the right prescription and lens correction, I’m still not satisfied. I’m wearing the glasses now but my vision is not the best with the on. At times it seems like my natural vision is clearer without my current prescription lenses I purchased from Stanton Optical.

I walked in the store and was greeted by the friendly staff. I recommend this store to anyone who asks about my glasses. I had my frames already and it only took 25 mins as a walk-in. I appreciate the help and love the way my glasses came out.

Didn’t like the use of zoom call to complete final fitting of new glasses.

I’ve been a customer there at that location maybe since 2019, never had a complaint. Not to mention the Store Manager was very helpful with my last two visits. But today, I went in to pick up my glasses, after the virtual conversation on the fitting of the glasses I left with no issues. But after getting into my car I tried them on again and noticed a crack on the right side of the frame. It looked as though they were glued back together. I went back in the store to point it out. The associate Phil put the repair order in. As he was putting the order in he seemed a little frustrated & asked questions about my prescription that should have been on the screen in front of him. I asked if there was a way I can get them faster than 10days due to it being their fault. Now here’s where the complaint comes in, Mr. Phil answers me by saying… no “THEY” (I guess meaning the lab) don’t do rush orders so, I asked even if u guys messed them up? He proceeds with THEY have 1000s of orders & THEY don’t have time to one single order out. Keep in mind I never got an apology for my frames being broken. At that point is when I felt my business was not appreciated. I asked, “so u guys don’t treat each customer as an individual?” He goes “yes but again They have 1000s of stores & customers nationwide they don’t have time to expedite one pair.” He kept saying they as if he’s not a part of the company. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand procedures & protocols but his delivery was so disrespectful & unappreciative for my business. I paid my hard earned money that I can barely afford the way this economy is set up just to be treated as though your company is giving me a handout. I asked to speak with someone else & she delivered the information the same but just a little milder. My gripe is having to wait forever again for my glasses that they broke & mostly the unapologetic response I got. This issue may be small to some but I just want to feel appreciated when patronizing a business & also would like to receive a little empathy for a mess up that was caused by the company.

I did not like the fact that I didn't see an Eye Dr. I like my frames but not the glasses. I can't see well at all with the bifocals. I have to use strong readers to see anything up close. It's hard to focus with these glasses. I'm disappointed.

Still waiting to get the prescription right.

Schedule a visit the same day, got my eyes checked and selected my prescription glasses everything was very professional, and one week later they called me my eyeglasses were ready.

Stanton optical in orangepark, booked my appointment on the same day and were able to provide me my contact lenses on the same day. I was able to order a whole year’s worth of contact lenses at an affordable price which arrived in a couple of days. So far I’ve had the best experience with Stanton optiical orangepark fl.

The staff is very professional and makes you feel at home.

I ordered my glasses in-store and everything seemed fine at the time, but the pickup experience was disappointing.

When I came in to pick them up, I was told to sit down. The employee asked for my name and number, then said nothing else. She sat across from me on a computer and iPad without explaining what was going on. After waiting in silence, I had to ask what was happening, and only then was I told we were waiting for a doctor on a video call. That should have been communicated upfront.

Once the doctor joined, I was given glasses that were not the ones I selected. I chose brown and tan frames, but was handed black ones. When I pointed it out, I was repeatedly told the receipt showed black, instead of anyone considering that the order may have been entered incorrectly.

I even showed a photo from the day I chose my frames, but there was still resistance and a passive-aggressive attitude. I asked for someone else to help, and while the issue was eventually fixed by switching the lenses into the correct frames, there was no accountability. I was simply told it may have been a “glitch.”

I paid $180 out of pocket after insurance. For that, I expect clear communication, professionalism, and respect. This experience felt dismissive and poorly handled.

I’ve had better experiences with their north side location before, but after this visit, I will not be returning.

Please retrain staff at this location on basic customer service and problem-solving. The way customers were greeted , including others who walked in, was disappointing. If I hadn’t already paid upfront, I would have left.

The service that Rachel provided me when I walked in the door was amazing. It had been years sense I had been to the ophthalmologist and the way she greeted me and the teams guidance made my experience flawless.

Cecil was able to replace Progressive lenses previously purchased due to mother with Dementia having issues getting use to them. He did it with style and grace and made my mother feel important.
